Hello everyone..I want to ask this; there are two girls at the beginning of the game. I didn't save one of them, the collar blew her head off. The other one was in the mission we went to with Shani. They were slaughtering and eating her when we left. If we don't save these two girls, do we lose the mission part of the game or does the game crash?

I´d argue that you missed a huge part of the story because of that. I dunno what exactly happens since i was never that stupid, but the first girl alone got a huge lore drop at her home later in the story. I´m not even going to ask why you would ever think that "losing" a character or let him get killed would lead to more story instead of less xD

Yes, if you don't save Ivy and Kyra you lose the mutants and raiders content respectively.

No but you miss a lot of content, which serves you right you let Ivy die you monster.....
the whole Mutant arc and the whole Raider arc won't show up for you.

Which (to annoy a lot of people)...shows ultimately how unimportant they all are, especially Ivy.,..as much as that is sad.

In any story, especially a VN/RPG type game....if a character can die (especially early)...never expect them to be terribly important to the plot going forward. Just too much work for the developer creating two parallel stoprylines for a character many people might not see.

The option is there, we can't assume it's a major character with lots of content. When you don't know you think it's a minor character like the black chick that you can kill too.

No, just realistic about people's reactions on this site. Which I get, I love Ivy too...but the fact she can be killed early on...people should set their expectations that she is not that important in the grand scheme of the story.

If you don't save Ivy, you don't meet the mutants. Are they not important either? At this point nothing is important except MC's family.

I think ivy is almost a story of her own. You can leave them out of the main story, but you'll also miss out on a lot of history of the world. I bet it will limit options in the future with some foreshadowed conflict.

Raiders are the same, but I think they play a lesser role in the history. But you can already see that the overpass mission would go entirely differently without knowing the raiders.

I also think that if you just take the raider or mutant story arcs and make them stand alone stories, they'd be on par with many of the quality AVNs out there. They'd be high quality stories and as much content as many completed games (granted with less time in development).
