is it can do virgin run?

So far my attempt end in impossible, we only can get ending 1 and 4 and both require losing virginity to happen.
Ending 1 - You got caught by the lord when try to visit your friend.
Ending 4 - Abandoning your wish to save your friend and drown in lust.
I think 2 or 3 one of them is the happy ending, but no clear way to reach either of them.

so... i got 3 endings so far
1) gaining the permit before reaching 100% and going to meet elena (i got it doing the stripper quests, i made desilia lost her virginity with the aristochart, he gave me the permit there, i was around 70%)
2) going to the ending with around 100%, i think i was 102%, after this i got a message saying i unlocked the true ending (a new option in the masturbation scene)
3) is going waaay past 100%, about 200% and going to elena

that would be the ending unlocked after the second i belive.
I got the ending 3 and 1 first, the ending 2 that unlocked a new option in the masturbation scene was the last one i did so far, too lazy to replay for a fourth time today xD

It's still a bit early at the moment, because I'm still at the stage of testing a new alternative version of my translator program, which will begin to better support H and vulgar expressions, as well as pronouns (not in all cases correct, because for any machine translation it is just impossible for Japanese). As soon as I finish with this, then after comparing I will decide which translation is best for this game, because even the standard one came out not the worst. There were also suggestions from several forum members for correcting some typos. Therefore, I really hope that in the next few days I will be able to send them the final version of the translation for the remaining corrections.

Okay so I am currently on the fourth run to get the true ending.
1st ending is getting the aristocrat pass from the dancer quest line but doing a minimum of everything else and telling the guard that your her friend.
2nd ending is an in between, get 100 desire (I wouldn't go over that), and posing as a whore for the guard.
3rd ending basically do as many events as possible and get high desire (probably around 150 or more), then when you go to that castle you get stopped by the demon and get 3rd ending.
4th and final ending requires you to do all other endings first, then on a new playthrough, at the masturbation scene it will give you a choice not to do it, then you can go talk to the doctor (who you met in the graveyard) in the clinic (previously un-accessible) and he will give you the aristocrat pass.
past that I am stuck, it does't allow you to go to the castle, saying you must have hope in your heart, cannot figure out what to do now.

I got one Fraction of Hope, after not masturbating and doing the second Blacksmith Quest with the sober Clothing and Hairstyle on, the ones saying this Outfit calms, guess one has to do the same for the other NPCs as well

So you can't get hope from NPC you did your quest with previously to get into masturbation?
