The same criticism to the sandbox part that seems that simplifying too much and putting a lot of intro story was not the best.

While I'm finishing Irreverent Heresy, I'm looking for a successor for this, I already commented on Patreon, I'll be migrating the characters to the remake or reimagining of TESS.

I'm still in Alpha, but at the moment there are 11 characters out of 13, 2 of them may be exclusive for Patreon.

But it's still missing; this project didn't get rid of the harassment like the other games I've done, but unlike IH (which I even had to remove the grades, being the most hostile with people calling me a faggot, shame on my parents or cockroach), the execution of the story I didn't think it was on the right track, it needs a little more polishing.

Think that I don't earn real money with this or real profit, the “self” motivation is very important as well as the return, but the negative return at the moment is equal or more than the positive one.

It's true that I couldn't replicate this one in others, even if I recycle ideas from it; it costs a lot the point and click part to be worth it, but I'm working on it, although it's still in alpha, I'm giving more priority to the Irreverent Heresy saga.

I hope MC will stop referring to trans woman as "he" because at this point is in my opinion gay...when that trans character will be referred as "she" then in my opinion it will be much better

DFB, I thought of it as a sort of spinoff sequel to Irreverent Heresy and to make it more of a sandbox.
Although it's gotten some good reviews, it didn't live up to expectations.
Narratively I just released the sequel to IH (IHII, it's not here yet but it's in Itch); as for DBF, I'm reforming it to TESS (a remake of my first VN), to give it more identity, and reinforcing the sandbox system, but it's a long way off.

When i saw the trans characters i immediately got excited, especially with the WAM models, but the MC being transphobic and refusing to see them as a woman is a huge mood kill. Could've easily let us choose to call them she, it feels like the dev didn't want to let us go in that direction, like they never thought people would want to. It's so strange to see someone not knowing what a transwoman is nowadays, and thinking they're a man dressed up.

Dev is defensive, as is the MC. The whole premise is people need him for something he does not understand.

Spoiler: Dev feels like players are dunking on her/him/they for focussing more on the sandbox and game play rather than correct semantics or words to soothe the gamers

Unfortunately, there are errors in the translation. Spanish has many verbs and genders for each thing, so when translating into English, these confusions often arise.
Then there is the Aristotelian definition (substance) and the principle of non-contradiction, among other postulates of metaphysical (philosophical) realities and biological realities, to define a person or a transgender person; that is, it goes far beyond what can be discussed here.
Now, I don't know if you know, but there are trans people, call them “old school”; that is, not the new generation, I'm talking about the 90s; who are transsexuals, not “transsexual women”; I don't know if you understand the difference.
Now, specifically DFB/TESS, I remember not using this definition (which exists, I repeat, not all trans people support LGBT+, not all see themselves as women, and that doesn't mean being “a man in disguise,” it's just that, transsexual...) because narratively it didn't fit with these stories, maybe Franchesca, but since La Leo (La is a feminine article) goes a lot with black magic, and the lore of my games, psychological logic already established in IH/IHII.

You realize that you are appealing to several fallacies, one of them being “appeal to emotion,” another being “straw man,” and another being “hasty generalization.”

I can assure you that I must be one of the few who, four years ago or more, was already creating trans characters—not futa, not a fetish, but characters whose sexual orientation or self-perception was not a distinctive personality trait, when the vast majority were just excuses for fetishism.
But this isn't because I'm aligned with the LGBT+ community, it's just my way of writing.

My problem with what you write is that you're not realizing that if you stop to think about it, everyone should change something, and porn is not exactly the best place to start.
