Using the GU will at least tell you if it's already in game or not
Then it's your choice if you want to see the scene using the gallery or trying different dialog options to get it by yourself

Means it's not in the game. As far as I know, there's 4 unlockable scenes in the gallery, 1 from Emma, 2 from Kayla, 1 from Riley. But keep in mind not every "erotic" scene appears in the gallery. The massage, the or imagination scenes, for instance, aren't there
