My heart skipped a beat when I saw this game in latest updates.
I don't usually comment but I have to say, now this is a game I haven't seen in a long, long time. Brings back memories.
i remember this game and one i think was called curse of blade or something which was about 4 people getting teleported to another world and you controlled one of them. i believe it was on the now defunct RYONANI and was made in i believe RPGMXP and used something similar to despair labrynth visually
What ever happened to the original author? Just made a quick gem and disappeared?
If only I knew how to work with this stuff, I would love to pick it up and try to finish it. Port it over to a newer engine or something.

same but i was in it for the witch iirc i did enjoy it enough to play EVERY route though
Basically it was made before Patreon/similar stuff was around and so the dude was just making it as a hobby in free time, eventually they got tired of people hounding them to do more updates and told everyone to fuck off.
If they are still around I could totally see this taking off (relatively speaking - it is an H-game after all) on any of the various payment platforms, shit is one of the classics by which all other h-games are judged.

The other girls were promising. Witch did look like a fan favorite too, though I recall her gameplay being more difficult.

Think it's possible to get him to start back up or do some kind of collab with him giving pointers?
For awhile he stuck around and did a bunch of play-by-post forum RPs set in the universe of his game, but those died off too. The quality varied pretty heavily between them, and I think only one even made it to an actual conclusion of any kind.
