Yes, it should be the Japanese update material. We'll confirm on the 14th but from Clymenia that's what it should be. It's just been on the backburner of the KG translation team.

A complete game can still get updates, I just hope this update is actually the one the japanese version also got or even better! (Though I highly doubt the latter unfortunately)

So, this might be more a Valentine's present from Clymenia, perhaps the additional Japanese content being added, than a new Valentine's-content update.A full walkthrough can be found in PornHub, and I am not even joking! Ah right, I forgot Pornhub recently introduced new and stricter policies to protect people in the sex tapes. Uploaders will now need to be verified by Pornhub before they upload a video. I assume either the members who uploaded weren't verified or Pornhub didn't think the walkthroughs were "porn" enough to be on their site. Honestly sucks, apart from Pornhub I don't know where else a full walkthrough of this game can be.

what a shame. the new content had no Lady or Amelia scenes, just mini events and 1 new case event. Oh well it was free.

If you click on the "Detective Girl of the Steam City Updated Content Guide" on the Patch tab in the Kagura games site for the game, it will open a dropdown menu that tells you the scenes that were added and how to unlock them.
