can a Moderator edit the post so people know that NEW SAVES WILL BE REQUIRED for this update? It leaked early, so there are some bugs in it. I think you can hit ignore on most of them, but the main thing is that you start a new save.

also, please support the dev if you can, if you enjoy the content. this was a huge update with 3-4000 renders and 60+ animations, and it's probably disheartening to see it leak early while it still is in beta.

So I am new here and want to ask real quick if v.0.5.3 still has the same problems that v.0.4.5 had for new players and I still need to go back and get v.0.4.3 to start a new game?

5.3 should be fine for new players. the game just leaked onto here, so the actual developer hasn't had a chance to update the instructions yet. There are some bugs, but I don't think it's anything that breaks the game, I think you can just hit ignore and get away with it. There's still some content missing that the dev wanted to add in before the public release, so that's not in here yet. Specifically, there should be a point in the Teresa SoL questline where the MC visits a casino -- but that's not in the 5.3 build that leaked onto here.

So if you want the full experience, I'd probably just wait. If you can't wait, then I'd keep a save just before the Teresa SoL questline, when the game mentions the Casino

That is not treu the dev won't release a bugged game to his patreons, that do more harm than good.
I think this an early beta testing version, the one who leaked it found no harm in leaking a beta, but he is wrong he is ruining the game experence for others also hurting the dev who will be critisized for every problem consequently that will hurt his/her growth.
Betas are always filled with bugs im going to wait for full version.

How do i get to the total defense party? I recruited the 2 girls but now im stuck ( I apparently need some rich guys?).
And in the 0.53 im missing the first clue in the freeroam church area.
Can anyone provide some tipps how to proceed?
