But yeah, this game is grindy, but I don't mind it so much because the stats you HAVE to keep track of get bypassed once you past a certain point in the game, and you can repeat everything anyway. But my question still applies - who among the girls can get pregnant now, and does this reflect visually?
The ending is still there. To have Chrystal talk to you about starting an amateur pornstar career you need to have an extremely slutty Chrystal, when you tutor her she will talk about getting a camera.
I don't do Android version officially yet. It is planned for when the game will be close to the final release, once all the gameplay elements are figured out. Then I'll rework the UI to have something working with touch controls.
Currently the66 bailed out from making Android versions. You see DD is not your garden variety Ren'Py game, there is a number of systems and features to deactivate to make it working on Android.

The plan is to give all characters an ending even if very small at each moment of the story. The goal is to have something like the Fallout style slideshow once you chose a game ending showing you how things went for them.
Meaning you will have some closure even if you didn't go all the way with their playable content.
Some girls will have in their story lead to a game ending with the MC giving up on his revenge. Those will be game endings. But other character story ending would not end the game.
Chrystal pornstar ending for example will not lead to a game ending and the decision you make here will lead to a different the slideshow. So it will feel more like a true choice that will steer her future.
We switched to a public release scheme a while ago, it was necessary to do so to use the updater.
The release post on Patreon are less up to date than here. Because I cannot write anything on patreon and I manage the releases but thanks to the updater, Jan doesn't need to make posts for each update and I don't need to wait for him to be available to release a bugfix.
But again thanks to the updater you don't need to wonder where to get the latest version. Just launch the game and if it is not up to date il will ask you if you want to update it.

We decided to try to get back to a more frequent update schedule.
The game is starting to get near completion, so while there is still some usual training sets of scenes, we need quite a few dialogues and and story driven events.
That kind of content can be much more easily cut to fit a tighter release schedule, so we when for it.
The thing is that Jan is not able to work as much on the game since last quarter of 2019. That is the reason the release schedule considerably loosen since. So even if we hope he will be able to work on the game as he used to, we thought it was finally time to acknowledge it and adapt the work schedule.
So the goal is to release the next update as soon as possible but in less than 3 weeks from now. And as far as I see we are on schedule.
Also it might have not been clear but we want to complete the game that also mean that the content we will work on might not be as novel as new stages or such. But patching holes in the narrative and balancing content is needed to make a game feel whole so we will do it.

I think we have content for all the fetish we planned already.
I we would love to continue to build on the currently very underused world we created.
But I think we realized that no matter the subject, together we have the combined skills to build more story than we could stage in a game.
And we long for creating something new since a whole now. It's just that the monthly crowdfunding is almost a dead end.
The thing is that making a substantial game with takes time. DD was started more than 3 years ago now, and we have yet to finish it.
So if you are dedicated to finish your games your campaign won't have anything "new" to it for years. And that is a very problematic thing for that kind of crowdfunding.
To avoid that there is multiple options, either starting to make an other game in parallel, or abandoning the game.
Parallel games is a nice option to have if you have the work volume available to keep your main game updated with new content and still have time to work on the side game.
Unfortunately Jan doesn't have enough free time to do that.
Abandoning a game is sad, when it is the only option well it's okay. But doing that because you got bored of making your game shows a great deal of disrespect in your creation and the people supporting it.
I mean if you know you cannot keep working on a game more than few month it is perfectly fine to make one-shot type of games and actually finish them.
So a sequel is unlikely.
About wilder stuff and furries, at one time Jan talked about the possibility of temporary transformation, allowing to add some of those wild stuff you talk about I think. I don't know how likely it is to happen though.
There is also a decent possibility to have more pulp-comics style stuff in the pipe. I would like us to already have the more mundane endings ready, but is not ruled out yet.
If you want to understand the "hate" of furries, IMO it is two key point, the real life cringe of furry bodysuits, same as the cringe of mascot suits having lifeless faces that the brain can still identify human enough to consider their lifelessness as an anomaly. The second point would be the "vegan factor", or how public furries are about their personal choices and here even more as it is also an intimate choice.
And I mean mostly because of the choice of avatars, mind you.
The same thing also happened with MLP:FiM, I like that show it is well written. While I'm no brony, I did at the time have some brony friends and even drawn some ponies for a couple of them.
So we started seeing ponies anywhere on the internet due to those avatars. It is no wonder it is considered a "cancer of internet".
Anyone portraying themselves a non-human will make other uneasy and possibly hostile. That's even more true if it a "community".
Everything is fun and game as long as it is fun and game.

Oh but we are still actively working on the game. Jan may not be the most prolific artist out there but he is certainly persistent and consistent.
And even if his available time is shorter he still manage to work on the game regularly. It just doesn't come across as such from the releases perspective since depending of the scope of the updates it takes more time now to get a satisfactory volume of content.
