The only "NTR-ish" scene in the game is Cassandra's party scene, and only then if you choose the NTR-ish options.

For the record, if you don't choose NTR-ish options for Cassandra, it never indicates that she's screwing people behind MC's back.

That's as close as she comes to insinuating she sleeps with anyone else, and as close as she comes to being your girlfriend. Otherwise she's just your sister and "your dirty little fuckpuppet," as she calls herself.

Is anyone else unable to launch the game? I open the exe and it shows up in task manager for like half a second then just disappears. Might be cuz I have old save files from over a year ago but I don't know the location of them to delete them.
