Why is the boss an old ugly bastard all of a sudden, it seems with every update this game just gets worse and worse.
No. but even if he was, you will never get to see it, because all content without MC in it is just hidden from the player and is only his imagination with a picture that's blurry.

A game that had so many possibilities, being thrown in the trash like this.
Dude, what the fuck is this? Swap Jack for this horrible old man? Which woman who has a husband who wants to see her happy, even if she is fucking someone else, who has a young guy at her disposal at home, would want to fuck an old man like that? Let's be realistic.
As I've said many times, the story has been lost, the developer is only doing what supporters are asking for, and no game can sustain itself by just throwing random stuff at it.
I have nothing against the developer, I've already talked to him a lot, and he, as a person, seemed like a nice guy. But I don't like the developer side of it. There's no denying that he's dragging the game out as much as possible, without delivering decent content. Every version that is released changes content that was already ready, making new updates even smaller.
I still had some hope that this game could be what it deserved to be, but I think it's time to give up for good. It's a shame, something that could be great, turned into this milking.
