I feel like that kinda stuff lies heavily in the eye of the beholder. I don't enjoy any of the recent COC/TITS type stuff, but I have fond memories of COC1 despite being left unfinished.

Especially his remaining fans, reading that thread feels like entering Arkham Asylum.

Mine. I already updated the OP before reporting, but I think it got overwritten. That was a crazy fast update tho, I'm used to waiting days but I think the staff got to it this time in like 20 minutes!

Lowkey though, I do agree that imagination is underrated. If a game can evoke the mental image properly I don't even need art, hell, I might not even want it.

The Battle UI won't go away after a battle. Isn't there a way to make it disappear after each battle?

I am confused. The changelog says 0.26. In Patreon that same changelog is associated with 0.27. And the download file is 0.26b.

Haha! A few years later, I haven't always hit consistent monthly updates, but I've kept going and kept up with daily/weekly progress reports. At least I got past the curse of "abandoned after 3 updates."

AI stuff seems to be a legal minefield I'm not really eager to fuck around with too much, especially on Steam which has an unclear stance on the matter. Nothing against it - it's GREAT for porn of girls who get almost no art - I'm just hesitant to tie my livelihood to it.

Sex battles do need a revamp, honestly. Some are harder than others (Maya always going first is a pain) but they turned out to be a lot harder to get right than I had hoped. I've been focusing on plot, but one of these updates I'll revamp them to be more involved!

Huh, that's odd. I know that Renpy dropped 32 bit compatibility a while back, but I haven't had any other complaints about 64 bit win10. Glad that compatibility mode fixed it, if I get any similar reports I'll suggest that.

I updated the OP properly, but when the mods updated the downloads they replaced the description for .26 with .27's. I am fairly sure I'm allowed to go back in and fix the text lol, will do that after this post.

Nice! I put a lot into that finale, it's been really gratifying to see people enjoy it so much. Thanks for posting your thoughts, it was really nice to read.

So I grabbed the version from the OP.
'About' screen from the main menu shows version 0.26b.

0.26

• Aspasia gets 4, 6, 8, and 10 affection scenes, as well as an 8 trust scene setting up future combat upgrades!
• Sam gets a 10 trust scene that lets you somewhat customize her playstyle, helping her synergize with various builds. There's a much smaller, separate scene in the Training tab that lets you change it at any time while in camp.
• Sarah gets a 12 affection scene that finally reveals one of her Aspects~
• Maya gets an evening hangout/lap pillow scene, unfortunately not involving her lap. She also gets a new missionary sex scene with a CG!
• Ashley got a 10-affection scene pushing her romance forward.
• Damage/heal displays *should* be less prone to displaying 10+ digits, but the move to Renpy 8 caused some more backend issues than I had hoped so it's possible I missed some. Please let me know if you run into any!
• Various other bug/typo fixes as mentioned above. Probably the most obviously notable one would be Maya's 10 trust scene having expressions now.

NONE of these updates are actually in-game. None of the new scenes, and none of the fixes (Maya's 10 trust scene doesn't have expressions).

Ohhh, gotcha. I think the main rework was back in... .22 or so, when I redid the opening. Otherwise, just up to you if you want to try another build.

And yes, game is always updated on Steam ASAP, it's actually the easiest platform for me to update haha.

When the mods went over the OP they edited in the wrong description. I fixed it a few hours ago, the current description is correct.

Are sex battles gonna continue being a mini game or will they be "relevant" for lack of a better term at some point?
I am just curious. Either way works for me.
