Thank you! I'm hoping to have another update soon, idk when 1.0 will be but maybe by then it'll be as sprawling of a game as I envisioned going into this. If nothing else, I'll just keep at it until it get somewhere.

1:will there be a time that instead of following one sort of magic to the end (aether, nether or corruption) we can have them all? sort of like a Nephilim or something. not being locked in a path of either magic might be nice

Thank you for the kind words! Nice to hear people enjoying it. It was never going to be *perfect* as my first project, but I'm still proud of what I've gotten so far, and hopefully I can keep improving as I go.

So, some of the corruption will be fleshed out as I finalize the systems, but the tentative idea is that you can learn all of their basic magic, but that going all in on Nether, Aether, or doing what Sarah did and mixing the two, will each unlock different things. You can't hit 100% in both Aether and Nether, but going the route of balancing them will grant new stuff rather than JUST parts of both Aether and Nether.

I definitely went into this project a bit naive about how much I could do for my first game, so that has caused issues, but I'm trying to do my best to deliver on the goals without feature creeping even further.

two questions:
1: is there a way to farm masteries faster? maybe a training dummy in the future might be nice which can take a certain amount of spells before being destroyed.
2: anyway to remove companion? since my character is too strong, I want to use as many attacks as I can to level up masteries faster.

Divine Dawn 0.33 is now public! It's a pretty damn meaty update, with a lot of scenes, many of them larger than normal.

Changelog;

• Rosalyn gets two new scenes, a conversation (visit her after the Astrologia setup group scene) and a second conversation followed by a paizuri CG (choose Flirt in the conversation menu).
• Aspasia gets a trust 10 scene, discussing golems, artificial intelligence, and what souls are. She loves this stuff.
• Ina gets a 6 affection scene, which includes some discussion on whether Kuril or the MC would rock a dress better, along with more discussion of what relations are.
• Sarah gets a 16 affection scene, with some MC childhood lore drops and her trying to be a supportive girlfriend. She's doing her best.
• Ashley gets a 14 affection scene, discussing succubus lore and Ashley's stellar descriptive skills when she's trying to make a point. Especially when she's horny.
• Siofra gets 2, 4, and 6 trust scenes, all of them very meaty and deeply philosophical. She has a lot more going on than 'smug goofy forest lady' and is happy to challenge the MC as well as be challenged by him. I meant that intellectually, but she would probably also be into ranked competitive sex.
• Siofra also gets a 2 affection scene with some shameless flirting and fun lore.
• Sarah and Ashley get a massive evening affection scene, showing their growing bonds with the MC as well as a variety of conversation topics. Sarah is very cute and gets an extra bit if you have high strength, otherwise it's just a trio of goofs in a complicated relationship.

there is only one sex scene that is mandatory. which is Femdomish????. some characters are more femdom oriented then other. Personally i barley consider game femdom for these sites standard and what i mean by that is that there is 0 hard femdom

The problem is, is that they will slap on a femdom tag for every other game on this site.

There are games like 'Surrendering to my Crush' a game with very extreme femdom, and games like 'Sisterly Lust', a more or less normal harem game with a few femdom scenes with one character.

Youre pretty much rolling the dice when you see the Tag, so the question 'is the femdom avoidable' is valid.

I myself, utterly despise femdom - the act of a man allowing himself to be dominated by the weaker sex is disgusting to me.

Buuut its something ive learned to ignore for the most part, apparently there are a lot of masochistic men, because the femdom tag is extremely prevalent. If i removed the tag from my searches, then I would lose out on half of the best games on here. It seems most games will have a femdom scene or two, just for the sake of variety.

To be clear, when I say "femdom" I don't mean stuff like ballbusting, pegging, or degradation. We're talking more like cowgirl position, blowjobs where the guy isn't in control, the girl initiating sex, that kind of thing. Some characters have both malesub and maledom scenes. Metatron has probably been the most submissive overall, funny enough. Ashley is a teasing brat, but a lot of her scenes are mostly male dominant or equal.

Beyond that, it depends on the position and the character. Sarah is a blowjob fiend and you're generally not going to win there, but almost all of her actual sex scenes are equal or male dominant to some degree or another.

Not sure if that's exactly what you were looking for, but hopefully it helps!

I enjoy the characters, I've been following the game since the start. There has been a lot of great bits and pieces to the story as we go. I love how characters stories have been drafted but...

As time goes on, I feel like they are getting overbearing. It's fun to have meaningful, deep conversations, getting an option to give those characters your own input. However, I feel like there is a certain amount of deep conversation one can get with your friends before it starts to get annoying. I know how Ashley feels about her traumatic experience in the war, but... I don't know what is her favourite colour. I know deep things, but I don't know any trivia. The further I go, the more I feel like I am interacting with people on the internet, that tend to overshare. They have no inhibition, trust me almost inherently with the briefest of time spent together, yet share no superficial information. Mind you, I don't need them as dialogue choice, but I feel I need more superficial talk, just having fun with friends, not philosophy lecture every other day.

I have been adding lighthearted/intimate conversations, and I definitely intend to continue doing so and exploring other options to inject more levity to camp - I like letting characters relax and get to know each other better! With that said, I think you're missing a lot of characterization here. These are flawed characters, forced to trust each other with their lives in battle and often grateful to the MC for saving their lives or helping them out, but they have been fairly reticent about stuff they don't want to talk about.

Sarah has a breakdown and a fair few scenes before she manages to tell you about one of her Aspects. It's not until Metatron's 18 trust, after the main story plot in which you either enacted or stopped a genocide, that she finally starts to open up about how she feels responsible for what happened in the temple - and while there have been some hints, she hasn't opened up about her other virtues or almost any of her feelings on the war. Maya has had 12 or so scenes and the MC is only now starting to get past the many barriers she has put up. Aspasia still has yet to reveal basically anything about herself.

Frankly, I don't agree that they have "no inhibition" or "trust you inherently with the briefest of time spent together." I don't suffer the delusion that my writing is perfect by any means, but I've tried to do each girl justice in her interactions and character growth, and I will continue to do my best while ensuring that there is lighthearted stuff along the way.
