Well, was sort of joking. I can't confirm or deny there is such a scene in the 2.19 Version because no one has posted a downloadable version I can find yet. But if you wish to find what your looking for use the 1.81 Version, and look at scene 7 and 8.

Actually last scene in 2.18 was tentacle so 2.19 should be the pregnancy, It could be true who knows

Can someone just compile this mess into a single archive this is utterly ridiculous.. It sounds like you need to overwrite each version over the next like patches to get all the scenes..

Can someone confirm what the IF chapter contains please? It is another route, it has more H content, or both? I'm a bit confused with previous comments.

those are the ones that are standalone, but i'm not really 100% sure about the numbers. I don't know which is the latest update to the base game, it would be nice if someone had a list of them all.

IF miko v3.xx (Third DLC, no gameplay just gallery)
Basically the reason Dev separate these DLCs is because it has become too large, so Dev decided to create a new separated game.
I don't think there is a way to combine these DLCs into one, just download each versions
