It's in the installation part of the first post.
TLDR - someone did a royal fuck up when uploading this game and made the config/save folders 'read only'... you need to remove that tick itself in folder properties and all will be good.
10 is maximum, you are free to dump unique girls after their event completions.
In fact most of them are just garbage when you realize how the hustle system works..
All you need from any girl is essentially having 3 traits that give +300/300/200 mental while also giving a total of +200 looks to infinitely maintain the girl.. then give her some looks increase items and you are done with the girl.(besides maintaining pregnancy protection)
This requires quite a lot of days and/or savescumming mostly.
As far as pure stats go - starting ones barely matter, especially for unique girls who sometimes will get 'punished' during their scene unlock.. for example getting the most terrible title in the game or having to lower her to X stat.
They will still be your main go to most likely though unless you are hunting a lot, but remember that for each girl you decide to keep permanently - you also want to ensure that you can supply her with pregnancy pills.

Well its a fun game with good art and pretty girls.
Don't play it for a happy fun time unless you are a quick trigger. This is more focused on gameplay with an adult theme and awesome female art. I enjoyed it.

It's in bad ends only - sometimes your teammates get captured and if you don't complete the dungeon that opens up immediately, you get their bad end CG. Other times it happens if your whole team gets wiped in a story dungeon - those are marked with a "No escape" tag, meaning that once you enter it, you can't leave it until completed.
There are two kinds of lose CGs -> humiliation CGs, where you see a bad situation involving your teammate, but where they rejoin your party afterwards, and bad end CGs, where the game is over when you witness the event. Be careful, since continuing your game after witnessing a humiliation CG will prevent you from obtaining that character's ending. Nothing's stopping you from saving, viewing the CG, then reloading the game and completing the needed objective, though.
