Far from it I'm afraid. We still have 4 Dominas to go plus potential side plotlines and coding the game's multiple endings. I would imagine Domina will be in development for at least another year.
I think it will be sooner than that. Deka seems pretty confidant in finishing the update in a few days.

If his internet was cut, how was he able to inform his discord mods without it?
If that answers your question, but I wouldn't hold much hope if that is what you're doingGoing by these later screenshots, apparently it's not about uploading the final product but needing the internet to work on it for one reason or another.
