Getting really hard to defend this game. The 9.5 "delay" post was cringe.

What inevitably happens to all patreon projects. Sunk cost fallacy kicks in and people continue paying whether you release or not.
What I really hate is that he focuses on his other game which is terrible. His first game with that setting did not work... his second game will not be better.
Patreons never agreed with that and nobody wanted that second game but wanted him to focus on finishing / fixing / improving Domina. That is the game for which they supported him.

I wouldn't care if he needed, let's say, to wait 6 months for a Domina release, as long as content quality was comparable to the firsts releases (specially Katrina and Narcissa).
Taking Hora as example, her piss scene is much like that full toilet scene, just with different text and screen flashes. And it only uses a single art all the time, no graphic piss nor scat...
If you play the game in normal mode, it takes a lot of time until you reach Hora, and her content is not really worth.
All dominas released after Mary were quite poor in content.
In terms of gameplay, it did somewhat improved though: class system, personalities, stress and so on. But let's face it, what people really want from a porn game is fap material, Dekarous should just ask more art from whoever he is hiring to make his content and spend less time creating complicated systems that shouldn't be the focus of his game (and, let's face it, people really don't care about them).
Sure I guess we do not need 1 Domina a month. My point simply is: During the early days he more or less (sometimes took 2 or 3 months) could do 1 Domina a month and those Updates were among the best... quality & quantity wise.
Hora is a fucking joke and next to noone actually enjoys the content and we waited ages for it.
How do I beat the twin dominas? Even on Easymode I can't get close to beating them. I already bought the shield that reduces Ice damage, I'm using the weapon that allows double attacks from the chest and the firebombs do almost no damage. What am I missing?

You can't beat them the when you first fight them, you have to lose enough times that they split up then go suck up to one of them so that the next time you fight they start infighting and don't help each other.
Thanks. I guess it was a one time thing when the game informed you to lose more matches at the earlier domina.

A picture is worth a thousand words and you can see more of them if you look at more than just character's feet.
I am not even a foot fetishist but I can see that these are "Slippers" in the loose since of the term such as the Wizard of Oz's Ruby Slippers and the or Cinderella's Glass pair so don't get Rosita's panties in a bunch.

I have a legitimate question for those who defend this game constantly... So LoveHurts, since you're always here and brush off most of the criticism and are always as hopeful as always, may I honestly ask you, what is in Domina that makes it so good and worth investing time into for you? I'm not trying to act all smug and all, I'm genuinely asking to be provided actual arguments, so please give me an intelligible answer and avoid mentioning "Best girl", "worst girl" or other patois that honestly tend to give me a headache. I want in your words to know if you're hopeful because you really see something or you're pulling people's legs. So much love for this game is quite concerning. You're in your own rights to like the game, but I, as many others fail to see or give it all the love you seem to pour onto it.
I've mentioned often how Domina fails at every basic things it aims to be. A bad and quite boring game that is honestly directionless, a bad attempt at an RPG, a bad attempt at a porn game, porn scenes being honestly repetitive and severely outdated by today's standards as well as CGs being subpar, dialogues so copy/pasted that you'd honestly get a much more expanded vernacular just by the sounds of giving a rimjob to the Thanksgiving turkey.
I get the game tends to showcase quite a wide variety of fetishes, but despite that tiny little nugget, is there truly any gold mine hidden? I'm not taking jabs at you or any other people who tend on either defending or being hopeful or even still supporting the game. We're all allowed to like whatever. I just want to know how and why.
On an unrelated note, on his latest "Sorry for the delay, Shakie is being overwhelmed and can't complete the vast amount of CGs" is such BS to begin with. In the timeframe it took for Deka to release one barebone Domina with a dreadful realm, I want us to look at a dev doing a similar game. Teary with Katalist, released like 3 characters, continued a decent amount of the story himself, did the art himself, made the animations, upscaled the entirety amount of CGs of the game. We got a one man band blowing "Team Deka" out of the water. This isn't about "Working so hard it's exhausting" as Deka tries to pretend, it's sheer laziness. One half-baked Domina a year is by far preposterous and needs to be addressed with honesty.

the amount of work teary puts in compared to ALL other femdom devs is really amazing when you think about it
the only reason I can think of people preferring Domina over any other game is the toilet/scat/urination scenes which is something you dont get in any other anime waifu femdom game, copy/paste doms with these scenes are still better than none
and if it takes someone one minutes to fap then I am assuming that the scenes in this game are worth spending your time on

Indeed. People may dislike Teary's way of being basically radio silent most of the time, but his work is nearly impeccable and he's definitely passionate about his project.
I find your answer fair on the matter. It is true that this kind of content can be lacking. Some barebone content is better than none, it is completely true. Unfortunately, I fail to see any reasoning past that. Perhaps its sufficient enough? Maybe not? I can't judge as it's not my personal fetish. All I can do is judge pretty much anything else beyond this, which may lead the seeking for understanding at an impasse.
