Considering that here we are not a Bangalore contact centre... It might be useful to have bloody information like what is written in the popup or log for in the main directory, which OS you are using, and all those nice details that makes possible triage an issue.

You probably did not extract the game from zip file before playing. First extract the game before playing.

Check if the files are in "read only" mode. If they are, just change the settings and problem will be solved.
