Although...I guess I could read that one of two ways. Either my answers are not entertaining, and therefore neither is my game. Or my game is incredibly entertaining and therefore so are my answers.

I choose the latter! Is it the latter? You know what, don't tell me. I'm pretending it's the latter!

sure ,sure it's the latter , as if I would say it's the first . In wich case I could expect a snide reply and me being put on some name list of doom.

Not only the post teaching some people who is boss but those about technics too , it's chineese to me but they show passion for what you are doing or try to achieve.

To delete your saves; whilst on the save screen, hover your mouse over each save, then press the delete key on the keyboard.
Didn't work. Is there any files created maybe somewhere in the Documents folder or deeper?
I am getting exceptions about pregnacy having to many arguments (3 when needing only 1)

If you are on a PC, open Windows Explorer, type into the address bar %appdata% and press enter, there you'll find a Renpy folder, your actual save files should be in there.

You can really bite me with you facepalms, fan boys. I am completely reasonable. I am not scholarship fund nor charity (I do give to charities, but to people that need it for necessities).
This really start to remind me more and more to situation with "Teachers Pets". That dev also was always in process of remaking and reprogramming and then just disappeared.

I was thinking to become patron for this, but I am not paying for somebody's education and learning different ways to make images for game, I am paying for regular releases, and, man, if you don't pick up the pace on this, I don't see your earnings growing much any time soon.

This Dev was not a one-man show until other circumstances occurred, so learning the ropes of how to do EVERYTHING became a necessity. Then, he delivered after taking awhile to get a pipeline going.

Self-education to enhance the game is what the Dev sees in this game's future interests, even while he still shows progress on the follow-on release.

I'd love to suck you fan boys. I am completely unreasonable. I am a scholarship fund and charity (I do give to charities, but not to people that need it for necessities).

Dev has been doing good content and is always active on his patreon page.

Also try to learn how patreon works before acting like a entitled boy playing at "I am your boss, work harder slave".
Patron # Employer

And I mean, if we want to be perfectly fair, I have never asked anyone on this forum for money. Ever. Especially that jabroni!

The only thing I ever ask of players on F95 Zone is that if they played the game, liked it, and want to help me out, leave me a review and maybe tell a friend about the game. It helps others find the game and moves me up a little in the trending. That's a payment all it's own. (y)

-Of course if you played it and didn't like it I'd ask you not leave a review and if someone says, "Did you play Dr. Amana" you reply, "Never have.".

When I first announced wanting to have a trans character, there was tremendous lash back. I could have done what other devs might do and say "this is the vision, like it or not" and rolled with it. She was always going to be an avoidable character. But there was call against even having her avoidable. So I devised a solution that I think works great for everyone by letting you turn her off and getting an alternate story. (Even this received a lot of criticism when announced but I had faith it'd work and it did.)
I thought the way it was handled was great. I think my biggest disappointment was that Lola was so much better looking (and nicer) than Lita - although i did like Lita's cosmetics more. That really worked for me for some reason.

I guess my point is, I very much listen to my patrons, and I listen to forums and communities like this. There is a ton of great feedback. But when that feedback is just "work faster, I want it now", well, I'm doing everything I can. My schedule is not what I prefer, but it's what I got.
I've only got one kidney left. Would you be willing to take an arm to get a scene with Jane sporting Lita's makeup? I already love that little deviant.

Progress

I'm so close I can taste it! Currently buttoning up the images on Nanami (Chapter 3, Scene 7). Once I get these renders through post the only thing left to do is render out a sex scene and we're good for release.

I have to say, I'm happy with the steady state of progress these last couple of weeks. Despite working alone, I have everything lined up and kicking along in a very good sequence. Writing and coding are also underway on the next Cassie/Emily update as I wait for this scene's visuals to bake.

The art continues to improve with each scene as I get faster and better with Daz. Sometimes, it's just knowing what needs to be tweaked to make the scene look better. Sometimes it's the lighting. Sometimes it's the surfaces and textures. And sometimes it's just the composition. Whatever it is, I have the tools and tech to fix it.

Aside from that, nothing left to do but continue hammering away. Barring any strange complications, my goal is to have this update ready sometime in the next two weeks. Really all that's left is a single sex scene, and I've got a formula for that, so it should run like clock work. As the days pass and I get nearer and nearer to completion, I'll make sure to provide regular updates.

Man, Please Don't Reboot your Game!

My recent posts regarding my explorations in Blender have caused a bit of a mixed reaction. Many have expressed excitement at this new development and are looking forward to what the next evolution of this game could look like. And just as many have expressed great concern that this means the game is going to go on-hold while I rework all the existing material in this new medium.

Don't worry, I'm not restarting. I'm not rebooting, I'm not doing anything. Just learning.

Here's the deal. From the time I started using Renpy to now, I've learned so much I wish I knew in the beginning.

In Daz, what I've learned just in the last five months, makes the renders from our first alpha to now as different as night and day.

And I'm only now scratching the surface of Blender. I can't imagine what I'm going to know how to do in Blender in six or nine months from now! But it'll be incredible!

So I'm not planning to do anything with Blender except learn, experiment, and make awesome test renders and animations with our characters.

Do I want to remake the art in this game using Blender so we can get as life like a quality as possible? Absolutely! Do I want top quality animation that uses hard and soft body physics! Of course! But the time is simply not right. And the time won't be right for a while. I just have soooo much to learn before taking that step. And It's gonna take some time.

One day, if I'm fortunate enough to work on this game full time, and I feel like I've learned as much as I can about Blender, and there is enough patronage that we can build a dedicated rig to cranking out amazing animations, then we'll take this whole game up a notch. Because then as a full time dev, I can maintain pace and give the extra quality the attention it deserves, as well as have the hardware necessary to do it in a timely fashion.

But like I said, the time is not right, and the time is not now. So chill!

Besides, I just found my stride when it comes to developing on this. I've got a steady pace and a smooth workflow. I'm expanding the interface, adding music, and doing so many other things to improve what we already have. I ain't near ready to upset all that right now.

My goal at the moment is to continue producing regular updates, build our community together, and continue to expand my education and learn all kinds of fun shit that's going to make this game one of your favorites. That's our current destination together.

There, see! Nothing to worry about.

Well that's all I got for now! Look to hear from me soon regarding the completion of this next chapter and I look forward to sharing with you what I've got in store for Emily and Cassie!

Salute my friends.

(Also, to all you Nanami fans, $5 patrons get access to an NSFW version of the attached wallpaper....just saying. Cheers mates!)

Well.. I mean.. they kinda both do, don't they?
Well, Lola's were hormonally induced, she had not had the surgery yet. But, just because I turned down Lita, doesn't mean I fucked Lola either. I just figured if I was going to give one of them money, I would rather help Lola who wants to change her life, than help Lita, who is just a fake golddigger.

I made a Mac version from the compressed PC version, but the game uses Ren'Py SDK 7.0.0, so I did it with my 7.0.x SDK, not the latest. I've found that using a different SDK version can screw things up.

I did run into a problem - the game uses a bunch of custom fonts, and the SDK doesn't copy them over when you build the distribution. I had to copy them manually, from/to renpy/common.

First, it's Mac, not MAC. Because you wouldn't be able to download the game without your MAC.
Second, this isn't 1996. The system wars are over. Don't be a dick.

Qianke is correct. Jobs never wanted the Mac to be open source. He was the supreme elitist. That's why Weeks left, as he wanted open source.

I love the game, I like RomanHume, but right now it does feel as if there's no real base for some of the reactions to criticism I've seen, neither by other posters nor the dev himself.

There'll always be whiners, but fe. making a humorous remark in regards to late updates isn't whining, not when there were several missed release dates, often for a long time period.

If you like a game, if you like a dev and how he interacts here with us, it's normal to feel protective about both, but not necessarily to an extent where we are blind to actual flaws or disregard fair criticism and tbh it does seem like exactly that from some of you guys.

I'm perfectly willing to wait, I won't come into the thread to complain about how the update takes so frigging long, about how much content was expected and what was actually delivered. No, I'm fine just waiting as long as it takes, but I do understand people doing the former.

And it's not necessarily just acting entitled, not if there are actual reasons for criticism. And yes, I do think that you can criticize development of a game, even if you are not an active patreon.
You can't demand shit, but you can sure as hell say you are disappointed with what's happening.

In the end, a dev has to show that he actually delivers, with regular updates with a fair amount of content, then it's alright to pile up a little on the whiners and those who start complaining as soon as one lousy update comes a week or two late.
Let's be honest, this is not the situation we have right here. This isn't Sisterly Lust or Where The Heart Is with updates coming for years by now at regular intervals, with barely a missed deadline etc..

I'm sorry if I'm ruffling some feathers here, but I try to stay un-opinionated and just look at the actual facts, without blindly defending or bashing games/devs. And the facts are that by now this is a game with irregular and very slow updates and with updates not containing all that was initially supposed to be in them.

Great game, great dev, but right now definitely with problems regarding content updates. And yes there are reasons, and yes they are valid reasons, I'm not arguing that.
This game still has my 5 star rating and I stand by that. It has the potential to be one of the best games on this site, but it has to deliver again.
