I think using the pet name system as a substitutes for the incest patch is an awesome idea.
Could I make a recommendation, however? I know you have a lot to work on, but if you will follow that path, it would be really good to set up several variables for Miss Hewerdwodsworthyngtyn. One for relationship "neighbor/father", the way she usually calls MC "friend/dad", the way she calls MC when she is filling naughty "swettie/daddy". I have seen other games solve the incest problem this way but only giving you one variable, which later makes it weird. It is not the same thing if Cassie says to another character "He is my father" that if she says "He is my daddy". But calling you father all the time also sounds weird.: "Hey, father, the girls are coming to the pool today. Thanks, father"

If you can send or paste a copy of the exception/error you're getting, I can look into it.
I'm sure that in due time that system will evolve. I kept basic at the moment to fill a need and facilitate a faster implementation. Depending how much workload I can redirect to the artists, I'll have more time to possible code some pronouns, etc.
I loved Sis, and though I wasn't in love with Sie's model, she just talked so damned dirty that I had to rail her...er...let her rail me. Whatever. I think I was chained to a table when it happened. It's been awhile.

Not yet. The cheating path is being developed but is not currently in the game.
There will be an opportunity for a one-shot with the Doctor. Her big role is to link this game to several others I want to develop in the future. Same doctor, different patients, more stories!
That said, I couldn't include such a hot doc and not let the mc have a go at her at least once.
Version 1.1.5 should require no patching. All the fixes released in the bug patch for v1.0.7b have been included in this release.

The large majority of available content can be experienced in two plays. The first play through, select all the blue options. The second play through, select all the red. You'll probably see about 98% of the included content that way.
There are a few scenes buried along each track, but nothing that changes the game in a large or significant way. The majority of the changes pivot on whether a character is mostly blue, or red in their status bar.
