Yesn't. You can get knocked up multiple times throughout the course of the game. However, 2 of 3 are scripted somewhat and the 3rd one which I think is repeatable (haven't tested yet) is only accessible post-game.

Punishing you for unlocking their content (the loser route lol) isn't very cash money of them. And now that they moved their future games to unity, it's almost not worth the trouble to playing their games (but that's a whole different gripe with them I won't get into).
For those struggling with combat, there is a simple, but time-intensive solution.
Blackjack.
No, really.
The casino's variation of Blackjack has a huge player edge because the dealer never hits. If your hand total is not a bust value (22 or higher), and your hand total is 12 more than the dealer's face card, stand. You've won. (If you don't mind the occasional push/tie, stand when your hand total is 11 more than the dealer's face card.) Just be mindful that the casino's variation does not have aces; ones and elevens are separate cards. On the bright side, it is easy to save-scum. Grab a bunch of casino coins and head to the trading company to redeem the coins.
200 casino coins yields 20,000 gold. Any more than that ends up wasted for gold redeems. However, stockpiling tens of thousands of casino coins will allow you to get powerful weapons and gear like the Lucky Blade and an accessory that increases drop rates and luck.
After getting 20K gold from the trading company, head to the bookstore and start buying those books that permanently increase your combat stats. Each stat-increasing book has a 10-item limit, but those stat boosts, paired with the Lucky Blade, will allow you to steamroll through a majority of the monsters.

The game was still fairly easy without buying late game gear... other than the final boss. I was gaslit by the game into thinking this was unorthodox game design meant to encourage you to min max your sword combos and that stamina upgrades were the real late game changers.
You will just need to forego any kind of shop items if you want an actual challenge. I unknowingly beat the game with a starter tier weapon.

This is my biggest nitpick about the world map, there is a lack of continuity between the capital and the starter port.

Do you also need to be at 0 or low corruption? Tried this with various combinations of the nuns you can talk to + the asleep goblin you can gather from and she always says yes on the next day's hypnosis. Started from a save I had right before the arc started too.
