No need to, there are lots of references and lore related to Goblin Conqueror but the story itself is standalone. I did enjoy and would recommend Goblin Conqueror, you can even play the two in reverse order.

This game deserves a freeroam preg state. It already doesn't have a proper corruption state. why not make it so if you reach +75% lewdness, she can walk around naked and pregnant... this needs a mod

I don't think I talked to that particular casino NPC but the female designer is an endgame thing where you have to wear clothing collected throughout the game for her. Once you show her the bikini that can only be acquired after beating the game, she rewards you with an accessory that massively boosts defensive stats. However, by that point you will likely be overpowered anyways. The costumes don't provide stat protection, only H attack defence. Its the accessories you buy in that same store that boosts defence and other attributes.

For those who want to get the (rather literal) secret "Infinite +1 Sword", i.e the most powerful weapon in the game, i made a step-by-step guide below:
Oh yeah, first off, you will want to buy all of the items from the smith (i.e the one building with an anvil sign attached to it), from both batches of weapons it offers you, before you can even start forging this blade. Yeah, i didn't even bother to hide this step behind spoilers because i know some people weren't even aware that the smith updated it's catalogue once you had bought all of it's weapons, and since the game only says that it's possible to forge the sword once you do so... yeah.
Because of the nature of the last required forging part only being found in the last stretch of the game, unless you count NG+ the only opponent you will use the sword against is the final boss, but i still recommend getting it for those who don't wanna pop up that game engine and crank your stats to the max because it's one hell of a boost and the last opponent is one tough motherfucker even without purposely sabotaging yourself, so there's that.

I havent finished game and I cant tell how far along I am, but anyone who plans to play this game, deff play the previous game first cuz OMG this game is AMAZZZZING you know you found a good game when a porn game makes you go OMG for somthing that isnt sexual. cant and wont spoil

the last game was a pain. every turn goblin rape mc or try and end up losing the battle. is this game going to be like the last game?
Any way to avoid the goblin hypnosis? Tried lowering corruption to 0 with philosophy books but didn't work.

press x, the sixth option is fast travel then second option to go back to the port town
Use the menu teleport option. Teleport to the port or any map tiles leading to the port.
