One of the very few things that bothered me in the available content is how near the very end our options are either a tearful, wholesome speech about how virtuous the MC is and how unfairly he was treated and tricked OR not having access to that part of the game. There is no third option where we don't cry and moan but still at least try to get the guard into the cell, but I feel like it would be really easy to do so without forcing the plot too much. Hope you'll consider something like that in the future, Dev.

I don't mind a girl in charge but usually femdom in these games just ends up being feet stuff with humiliation sprinkled in, which is a turn off for me, so I usually avoid it purely for that reason. I guess my definition of femdom is a lot less BDSM. I'm cool with cuffs tho, it feels pretty vanilla comparatively.

I personally like to avoid BDSM and femdom. I mean, there comes the time of the scene, and the MC says, "I don't want to do it" and ditch the LI and avoid her scene. It's less fun if there's an alternate route or if to avoid the scene you have to avoid the LI entirely. For it to be really interesting, something similar has to happen several times with the LI, doing it once is fine, but the real fun is being able to do it several times to the same LI, and it would be perfect if she changes her attitude according to the times that the MC rejects her.
For the rest, I suppose it's some kind of extraordinarily rare fetish.

Same here, that's why I stopped supporting games with opposite tags. Just like avoidable NTR you're paying someone to make 2 games in one, and you only play one.
From my play-through of 1.2, the femdom is COMPLETELY avoidable.
