Dude... I straight said in that post that the MC wouldn't want to unless he wants a kid with 10 eyes no balls and a club foot....MC will not prefer to impregnate her. The child might have a high possibilty to be abnormal. It's better if he lend her to John 1 night.
This is why I said is there a ending in the cards to have the girl that will be the "fake" girlfriend to the MC to cover MC and Dana's relationship would there be a route were she is also considered to be a surrogate mother for the MC and Dana.

Honestly I ALWAYS hated the "it was all a dream", "They are all dead" tropes.
To me, it tells me that you don't know how to finish your story.
There are exceptions of course, "Dark Tower", "Silent Hill". But for the most part, I think they are weak endings.

Dark Tower was a pretty good ending. It was Groundhog day, he started the journey all over again but with one added bonus every time so sooner or later he will finish nhis quest.
At the end of the books, Roland started the next journey with the horn while he didn't have that at the start.
I haven't seen the movie so I can't comment on that.
As far as Dallas and the "it was all a dream" thing, yeah it's bullshit, there is no excuse.

Indeed in 99% of cases, it's just lazy writing and really cheats the audience. Basically the writer is saying "nothing mattered! Joke is on you hahaha!" It's essentially another form of Deus Ex Machina, most storytellers that use such a thing need to be slapped upside the head; there are a couple stories that pull it off okay, but mostly not.

Yeah, massive Warhammer fan. Have been since about 1988 or so. Used to paint them but collection got too big and my wife started getting annoyed so now just read the books and play the games .... except Eternal Crusade, fuck that game.Hey, he was punished by the gods.

Reading "Pretorian of Dorn" now.
Praetorian od Dorn, haven't read that one yet but if i'm right in my memory it's one of the Horus Heresy books, those are fantastic.
Some of my favourites are about the Inquisition. Eisenhorn and Ravenor are fantastic.

well since your warhammer fan you got "Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide, Drachenfels DLC and Razorfang Poison Item" for less than 5€ on humble in one package if you don't have already.
I haven't been into it for as long as you. I'm one of those heretics that have been introduced to the universe through the PC games.
But it's stolen my fucking soul. The heresy books are good, but Ciaphas Cain by far my favorite. :heartcoveredeyes:

Cain's Last Stand is an awesome book.
As far as characters go, Cain has been amazingly created. The guy ends up a hero of the imperium and one of the most combat experience commissars without ever wanting to fight.
I don't have Vermintide, well, I didn't. It's one of those i've looked at numerous times but never get round to buying. Did the same thing with Deathwing.

Originally it was miniatures. People collect armies, paint them and fight in large table top battles.
Been around since the 70's for Warhammer Fantasy and 80's for Warhammer 40k.
Since then it's branched out into video games and books. Some of the books are fantastic.
It's very grim dark though, it's all about war and different races killing the shit out of each other. No happy endings.

Time for another plans post.
If you're wondering where is that render from. I'm experimenting for the planned game in January. It's not from Dana.
First the patcher issue. Some of you have reported having problems updating from 0.059 to 0.06. I think I found the problem, and it's completely my fault.
When I made the 0.059 patch, it was just a bug fix. So, I didn't keep the files. When I made the 0.059 to 0.06 patch, i had to recreate that build, so that the patch builder has 2 points from witch to compare. The new files are identical to the old ones, except the date they were created. I think that's what's causing this problem.
I'm uploading the full game on the server now, and it should overwrite itself over any version you have.
Try it tomorrow. If it doesn't work, I'll try something else.
Worst case scenario, a reinstall might be required.
I sincerely apologize. Completely my fault. Didn't take into account the file creation date metadata.
Hopefully this fix will work.
Now, on to plans.
Well. in the next patch, you can expect the continuation of the game, after the Andrea getaway.
Why that and not the Jessica getaway?
Because there are a few things that I didn't get to include in this patch. Like the fixed dialogue. And since after the getaways, the game takes a more linear approach, it's easier for me to do the fixes first and with the time that's left, do the new content.
If I started on the Jessica getaway, I'd have to finish it. Can't put it in half done. And it might me another 220 render event. Since the post getaway game is one long stream, I can do the fixes first, and do as much of it as I can afterwards.
I'm not sure I'm making myself understood, but I hope you deciphered my babbling.
There will be progress updates every few days. And I'm here if you have any questions.
