All the variables are set wrongly. I only play to know wtf happened with Jacklyn. Also the situation and choices are so stupid, irl I'm the mama bird of the group and no way in hell I'm leaving Summer wasted alone? Fuck Danielle and Lea, leaving your girl friend alone, wasted in a festival town in a club? just for some hoes? Hell Naw!

Summer is also likable but I am starting to get turned off by all the "twists/turns" its becoming a bad horror movie of the direct to DVD style
It still feels quite short IMO
Honestly with how dramatic and "B-movie" the story is, I genuinely don't think we can really trust Alice yet. Her "aw shucks I'm just an innocent country girl" demeanor could either be an act or be genuine but still hide some dark side. That entire family is super weird.
One thing that reinforces that feeling for me is the whole situation with Mei. She and Alice contradict each other about what happened at the pier, and while it obviously much more likely that Mei is a liar, there's still something weird about Alice's version. I don't know what Mei's deal is so it's hard to judge for sure, but there are not many scenarios where I think she's genuinely ok with directly letting the MC drown, in which case the idea that she was going to let it happen is hard to believe. Her seeing that Alice was going to intervene makes sense. Alice also has a very easy-to-understand motivation for lying, which would be to undermine a rival for the MC's affections.
Summer is the only character I feel genuinely confident isn't hiding something.
TL;DR: Mei is 99.99% lying about the pier, but I would not be surprised if Alice was also lying. Alice may also have a darker side that she is hiding behind her innocent attitude.

lol yep why i said "yet" in my comment too, cause god knows how bad thats gonna fall off, her daddy gonna be like roys brother and part of the local murderings and shit watch lmfao. However Mei added details that alice didnt so I didnt take it that way, I think alices story was genuine and mei tried to absolve herself by saying she knew all this extra stuff somehow, hence why MC calls her out for not magically knowing Jay was there. Alice's solo route show she has it really bad for MC like shes completely lovestruck so i dont think she's personally doing anything crazy, but she is sure afraid of her dad.

I sense a Fetish Locator Lydia moment coming on with Mei. Maybe not the NTR version, since this doesn't seem like the game for that, but the manipulative seems like an innocent girl vibe about her doesn't seem to be genuine. Especially the face she makes before she see's Summer and MC.
I too an getting a little annoying how everyone seems to be harboring all these sketchy ulterior motives. Especially how the game starts off as four best friends on skype/discord planning a fun vacation.
Alex is the worst best friend I've seen in a AVN. I am glad the MC has a few chances to punch his lights out, but still.
After everything the MC and Summer go through after the party/night out, especially if you're on her path only I don't know why they wouldn't peace out together and say fuck you to everyone else and leave asap.

Thats the confusing part, Mei and Alex behave like total psychos, why in the world would mc + summer stay with this pyscho ragtag group in the first place?
Since they arived at dreamland they should have just gotten away from them, at no point i got the impression that these guys are friends at all.
I have some friends irl who can be a bit of an asshole too but these guys at least have something which makes up for it like loyality or being funny, but alex, mei, lea and danielle have no redeeming traits AT ALL when we dont count the looks of the girls.
Yeah Alice is the only tempting option for me. If I keep playing this it will be just to pop her cherry.
Summer is nice (and hot) but she was too easily manipulated by Leia. She feels like a cross between Mei at the start (naive) and Lea (wild) but doesn't really stand out on her own.
I'm not going to complain about story or the length of the update because it's the same exact situation every update. lol. At this point, it is what it is.
