I mean I for one hope not. I mean his patreon version is in compliance with their TOS and he "didn't" make the patch so he should technically be fine for now unless they get more zealous. I'm sure they might take a look tomorrow at what might be in the game, but so long as he keeps the patreon version in compliance I can't see why they would ban him.
My worry is that it's not actually some zealot in Patreon feverishly trying to eradicate non-compliant content, but that they just respond to reports. And there are plenty of people out there perfectly happy to browse various forums, including this one, and spam reports. Whether it's ideological or just for teh ebin lulz, who knows, and it doesn't even matter.
The report function is bound to be abused. It is simply a lazy and horrible way to keep Patreon "clean and PC." I mean this is the kind of thing that attracts trolls for the lolz. You don't even have to target the NSFW stuff on patreon with this. You could hit up SFW stuff and cause all sorts of drama as page after page that complies to their TOS are under review. I mean they seriously need to do their research. This sort of things do not work as they are meant to.

)If you read up on DMD he made the mistake of posting what to do to restore the banned content on his page. DoD has not done that. Its one thing to make a patreon friendly game and then someone makes a patch for it its another to make the patch yourself and advertise it on patreon of all sites. We can only speculate as tomorrow is the next update, but I wouldn't be as worried as DMD for the ban hammer.
