Hi,
I just finished playing the Dryad Quest RPG: A Tale of Lust and Glory, and gotta say, it’s a very promising game, assuming that the game is still under development, and may add more features. Generally, I’m not a fan of D&D style H-games, cause of too much unnecessary dialogues that kill the vibe, while my brain is being rushed by dopamine and oxytocin, or better to say being c@ck blocked from enjoyment and horniness! The game itself has a remarkable graphic quality to performance ratio. Even a computer with out-of-date hardware can easily execute and run this game.
For a H-game, the majority of players are interested in the adult contents, which is why they are playing this genre in the first place. There are definitely too much dialogues to read in this game, rather than engaging the player’s mind on visual contents. There can be more visual interactions between the protagonist and the environment components (by trees, chairs, tables…). The left side window that represents the protagonist picture can be more dynamic, especially the mini-window on the lower left, showing the behind picture. It would be great if the dynamics of behind view could change based on the player’s status, such as leaking, damaging scenarios to protagonist, or even walking and swimming in a dirty environment. This also reminds me, adding urethra and bladder would be great too, which the protagonist has to do body fluid maintenance, otherwise losing control can lead to anything from fatigue, insignificant HP loss per turn, to Pheromone or overall status reduction, until the players can do a body wash (similar dynamics can be found in Wings of Roldea, or Noelle Does Her Best!/ Noelle Will Give Her All!). Another Criteria is the permanent enchantments, which only can be obtained via clothing or two types of s3x toys. Adding more enchanted toys to the game can further help not only the battle experience, but also the esthetics of the game too. Items such as nipple weights, earrings, gags, chest harness, gloves, belts, armbands, shackles, cuffs, and etc., which can all have pros and cons, to balance the battle status, and not to OP the antagonist (game e.g., Kinky Dungeon). Another important tip would be the maintenance of your allies, which their health could have been easily managed by extra food/potions (and I mean Extra) available at all time, instead of watching them perish during battle forever. Another interesting dynamic would be pregnancy by different partners to continuously make new allies, or monster to fight by protagonist side, instead of carrying eggs from indicated monsters. Pregnancy dynamics can be taken one step further where the biology of an offspring depend on the parent biology, and the offspring’s abilities can be random, so it would be more important to some players to maintain the ally’s health of their choice (check out Meritocracy of the Oni & Blade). Speak of the witch, there should be birthing visuals, or at least hatching scenes too. I mean if the feature is there, then visuals/animations are expected too.
This game has a lot of potential to what it can become.
