He's taking this measure to circumvent Patreon's guidelines which prohibits incest. Honestly, he should just use a single keyword like 'family' which enables taboo.

Me tooo mate, this shitty game wasnt updated once in last 2 years, I already 4got bout it. Fuk Xmas update, game was good then became like abndoned , sooo...its not worth it anymore.

The Father AND the Son are the MC's but the father is the 'main' MC and the father daughter path is the devs favourite part... You should play the father story, it's way better.

And it's not like I need sex in every update or can't wait for it, I have no problem with a slow approach, OUr Fate, Life with Mary, Babysitter, all took a long time until you could actually have sex with the main girl (Our Fate seems far from it as it is), but with this game I really feel cheated, every time I play an update.
