Maybe comeback next month bcos nobody knows when update will come. Even his patrons losing patience to gumdrop

What I'm about to say is absolute bs, but just imagine that out of nowhere, GD releases the full game with 5-10 gigs worth of content. Now that would be one of the biggest anime betrayals of this year.
Sometimes I wonder how many of these people are his discord cheerleaders pretending to be just randoms.

The ignorance here seems to also stem from people being completely unaware of the work required to produce a game which has no advanced mechanics, no original assets, no complex post-processing, no branching, a trivial codebase, etc.
Compare this train wreck with the content produced by people like Dr PinkCake, Super Alex and NOTvil. What this dude is pulling out is a scam, there is no way around it. Daydreaming about it not being a scam serves no purpose other than to keep tricking new people into pledging to a scammer.
To be clear, with the money this dude was making in 2018, the entire game could have been finished a few months ago (this is not a game like Monster Girl Island which is quite complex so detecting the scam is harder). A pattern you usually see with successful non-scammers is that they create a simple game as their first (like this one), then they finish it in like a year and move on to a more complex one.
But this person isn't interested in any of that, even as profits decline, because this is almost surely a scam. The profits/work ratio is massive, and he almost certainly has no intentions of ever making another game (without rebranding at least). You are paying a dude for a year for him to advertise a non-existent product, how crazy is that? even if you pledge, why not ask for evidence of work?

Since when have money been the deciding factor of when something can get completed or not? There is plenty of train wrecked games out there that been funded through the roof and still failed to complete or anything to show for. Also by your standard, a game such as Summertime Saga should been completed ages ago due to the fact its pulling 50k+ a month.
Also, eagerly awaiting you present your new game, as it require no work etc etc....

Just ignore him (hover over his name and then ignore). He is either a shill or just a troll who is unhealthily attached to porn games. See how he dodges any questions asking for evidence, and how he mangles an open world game with drawn art with a shitty linear game with only daz assets. He is just purposely trolling to boost this thread's activity so the scam gets advertisement.

I thought about putting Josh on my ignore list, but then again it is part of the fun seeing his mental gymnastics in trying to defend the undefendables. He is surely a cheerleader of condom drop, eh, gumdrop or himself in disguise. No matter how much he denies it, since his mental aerobics strain credibility and logic many times, esp. his absolute left-corner examples, which are mostly apples and oranges. Even a free speech fanatic or a SJW would see by now that while there cases of doubt, gumdrop has piled up so much evidence against himself that to 99% he must be a con man. But he is still defending him, so there has to be a relation of some kind or he is gumdrop disguised.
Alternatively Josh is sent from someone with the task of defending the scammers, since he is active in other threads with dubious dev behaviour as well.

Waiting for your hard evidence on whatever big crimes he done. Apart from lied about release dates and failed to deliver on said release dates? If people silly and throw their cash at him, that is on them, and not a crime. Unless you want to make "being stupid" a crime? If you want to call someone out, then call them out on what they actually done, or rather in this case, haven't done.
Still waiting for those screenshots @lostraven asked @Major Wanker for in regard of the "secret room" etc back at page 420. Because, actual facts so much nicer than claims and accusations.
Also waiting for facts and evidence of all the other stuff he been accused of, because you don't want to just come across as big mouths with no substance do you? (also, if all you left with is point out he lied and failed to provide at dead lines, which I already stated above, you fail...)

Ah, the bark is on, I must have hit something sensitive. Great! I see you start counter questions at once, trying again to evade anything related to you and your relation to gumdrop. That´s what I wanted to read about, not you drumming the words of a contract instead of the spirit anew.
We all know that you, eh, gumdrop did not do anything wrong on the paper, but violated the spirit of an agreement. From someone in the free economy: Do you or gumdrop know what oils the market? Some trust that it will go on tomorrow and that most persons in the market honour agreements in spirit and not only what is written on the paper.
But since you do not even see why there has to be a minimum of trust I do not repeat the arguments. Others and I already told you more than once why and what there are many hints that gumdrop does not seem koscher at all. Instead we get platitudes and supposed examples of other developers being like gumdrop, when it is obvious you throw apples and oranges together to defend gumdrop. @WinterW has it right when he sees your tries as mangling other devs because you will find only very few like gumdrop.
Congratulations that you, eh, gumdrop found a way to suck down money without being able to be caught by the law.. And that you found enough poor sods to fall for the trap. But remember Karma is a bitch.
But that is not important, I wanted to see your reaction to my and WinterW´s posts. I am now convinced you are gumdrop or someone close to him. No random guy with zero relation to gumdrop would go to the lengths (and the minutiae) and time consumption you do in defending him. Especially a random fellow would have no need to defend rather agressively. Tell him that he had the chance to become a good developer until the money got into his head.

Accuse me of being GD with no evidence or facts at all. Just prove you lashing out again to deflect on provide any facts or evidence, you are little more than a blabber mouth. If you want at least come across as some what serious, get some facts to stand your ground on.

And the longer this goes on, you can deny all you want, but there has to be a relation between you and gumdrop, what form that may be. You are obviously too involved to be uninvolved.

I did pledge 3 months over a year ago to GD, that is as far as my relationship with him goes, and I'm in the same boat as a lot of his ex patrons there. (something I said a few times over already in this thread) Do you find it's strange that some people might speak up when people get accused without any evidence or facts? Through the course of this thread he been accused of money laundering, doing child erotica, and other far fetched things. There is no need to spin a lot of shit about someone, when what the person already did (or didn't do), is enough to earn him a bad rep.
tbh, thinking back I never said anything particular good about GD either. Liked the game?, sure.. so did many other butt hurt people here. As I said earlier, this thread got a "either you with us, or against us" mentality. That type of thing work rather badly out in the real world.
