Sry to say but this game hasn't made an update for more than two years just a bunch of side games and no real content for the main game has been since the original game maker quite the game so now it's been nearly three years since the main game has been updated don't waste your time on this game I waisted nearly a year and more than $180 supporting the game and for nothing now they just release bogus content based on the main game but no action in the content whatsoever !

I'd make this a review, but I don't know how to do that. What follows is just one person's opinion.

I'm not a financial supporter yet. This is the first, and probably the only time I will post something on this site. I love the second game. It's immersive, frightening, and has a very unusual sort of sexuality to it. If you've cared for a loved one or a patient with profound mental illness, you can recognize tropes within the format and dialogue. Discussions with angels, recursive memories with subtle variations, grandiosity, interrupted or incomplete ideas. There is enough subtlety on display to make it relatively clear (to my eyes, at least) that the developer is creating the game this way intentionally.

I will be shocked if the developer hasn't had someone in his life stolen away by severe mental illness--probably schizophrenia. It can be devastatingly sudden. Suddenly, they aren't the same person anymore. How incredibly tantalizingly miserable it is to reflect on the fact that externally, and maybe even neurologically, all of the things that made them are still in place. It's like the soul of who they are is locked inside a cipher nobody can break.

Even the meta elements, the severe procrastination, something that anyone with mental illness can understand. The anxiety piles up. Becomes overwhelming. It's terrifying. It starts simply, as simple as a minor fear of expectations not being met--not the audience's but their own.

I won't deny that part of this game may be a bit of a commentary on the modern method commonly used to patronize artists. There are plenty of porn games on here. Then there are games like this one and Lessons In Love, which sometimes contain porn.

But I hope the developer reads this. "I get it. It's okay to be ambitious. These are fascinating concepts to tackle. I've felt what you're feeling. One day at a time." When the game is complete, I will donate. I may donate sooner.

I just tried out this game and I'm confused. Is there a patch I need to add for content. Scenes seem to just abruptly end. For example, playing as the Father, I spied on my daughter and niece and then go to take a shower. I turn around and my niece is naked and being seductive and then the very next pane is her in a towel like the shower is over and the scene got skipped.

This cracked me up! I'm just a guy who likes the weird, experimental, pretentiously well-written shit. It appeals to my grandiosity. Really, I just like anything with good writing. I like Lessons In Love, Light of My Life, HHG, and Power Vaccum. They're on their own tier. A tier below would probably be games like Secrets of Whispering Pines, Depraved Awakenings (big Raymond Chandler fan), and this game. The next tier includes games like Dreams of Desire, A Wife and Mother, and Corrupted Kingdoms. I've played a ton of games on here. There are a ton of games that are objectively good and reflect a fantastic effort on the part of the devs.

If you are playing the son - no.
If you are playing the father - supposedly that is the whole goal?
Either way, neither the mother nor the daughter get any action in this game -- in any of the parts/versions.

Some think there is a bit of it worth playing, but if you are wanting to have sex with either the mother or the daughter characters, then no. Neither have sex with anyone.

Part 1 was going well, when? Nostalgia lenses setting in while looking back? Sure, there were some nice poses with the models in the first year - but just taking in an honest cursory review of the first year's worth of posts in this thread shows that this lack of work, advancement on the story line, and false sense of artistic grandeur has been there since day one.
