Sir, this is a "pirate" website. Developers don't get paid for people playing games on here. If you think it's about marketing the product...

If a person downloads a game from here with falsely raised reviews (listed as a 4 star when it's really only a 1 star) and the game is really shit - the developer got no income from it.
If a person downloads a game from here and they enjoy it (no matter whether its rated 1 star or 5 stars) - they do have the option to then support the developer on Patreon, Subscribestar, or whatever. However, the vast majority of people who download from here never, ever do that. Because, the major reason most people download from here is because they don't want to pay anything, in the first place.

There are tons of 1-star reviews for this game - and many games - on this site. I have personally seen some of the reviews that people like the person I replied to have referenced because the reviewer then whines in public in a new thread. Eventually, a screenshot of the deleted review is posted because of the bitching and its lack of being an actual review, but more a rant or off-topic drivel in itself is completely obvious why it was deleted.

F95 solely earns money on the advertising they place on it. The mods are volunteers.

Again, it's a conspiracy theory that has not basis in reality. And, again, this is all off-topic for this thread.

Been a while since I looked into this game, is the author still nuts or has it gone back to the quality it started at?

The trick is to delete the title and forget it ever existed. That is unless you are not interested in sex scenes for the mother or daughter characters, because they do not have sex with anyone. The writing is bland - though in the pool, dollhouse, and lesperienza it's a drug-induced schizophrenic ego trip. Either way, it's worse than Twilight and 50 Shades of Gray narrative writing.

I guess you have never heard of the phrase any news is good news when it comes to marketing. A brand can benefit from a pirated site. Some indie movies for example never would have seen the light of day until they were put on a pirate site and then the public demand went up and they actually sold more copies of the move. Games like Milfy City have a larger paid user base because of sites like this so the you need a better answer than this is a pirate site. Here is just one example among many:

Hey guy, it's been a while since I've seen Dual Family pop up in the feed. What's up with all theses new games and are they even worth the time and effort? Has the developer actually add any sex scenes or do they keep on blue balling just like they have for all these years? While I'm at it, what's up with the skeleton? Never understood that and quiet frankly it kinda kills the mood. Anyways any info is appreciated and welcomed.

I just play the last version for a while and looks like a good story, but I don't know if this version is censored scenes or this game is having light porn. I just stop to play it and delete it.

Bro this game has been going on for 6 years and it’s still no where near the end. I stopped playing for a while cuz it’s not worth it wasting my time on something that barely has and porn or sex scenes. I would’ve thought by now it will be finished already but nope, still stuck on Part 1.
