You need to go to the laboratory, and ask Erika to reduce it with a drug injection, but the MC still refuse to accept it at least in my playthrough.Just found in the cheat menu that I can have a smaller city (just have try it and indeed it's realy small

Yeah, I'm trying that as well, even though I think that the choice of the clitty reduction will be available more further in the story, when the MC will accept it voluntarily.Same for me, I will try to unlock more sceen and hope it will unlock the cliy reduction
It seems he's still halfway, so still haven't accepted to be a sissy in her mind, can't wait to see what SissyDreams planned for the rest of the story.

Unexpectedly great game!!! A vivid example proving that the main thing is not cool graphics and animation. The main thing is the story and the right accents. The game should immerse you in yourself. This game is like an interesting book. Well, you know, sometimes you sit down to read and read so much that you don't notice how you read it to the end in one breath. And there are books where you try to think about the meaning of what it is about, reread the same paragraph, but everything is useless, so uninteresting and boring is the story in this book.
