She visits hospital to see MC because he is injured. They are in a relationship. They know she is pregnant & this has put a strain on their relationship.
I was talking about the seen before that, remember mc walking around school looking for her and finally at rooftop he finds another girl who tells mc sher(mc wife) was seen visiting the Dr. After this seen is the seen in which mc jump from rooftop and results in his hospitalisation.
For what i remember Hiroko was pregnant while she was in relationship with MC but it is not clear if she was screwing behind MC or that was the result of previous relationship or maybe something else but one thing is clear Mao is not MC's biological daughter (So people who are saying it's NTR is not true and cant't be concluded)

Waifu gets pregnant during their relationship, they even mentioned it being an affair. One that she never would reveal who exactly is the father behind it. Which puts a big strain on the relationship, even his Ex aka Eve the bully brings it up when she tempts him and he responds with how he does not want to cheat on her just because she cheated on him. Hiroko also stated to him it was a one time thing.
Edit: oof not trying to sound abrasive in case. Was just laying it out clear to help with thoughts on this. Honestly I think it was not consensual and very well could have been her father because of the fact he knew long before the mother took notice and just kept arguing with her about how much she feeds her and that's why she was getting all "bloated"

Most of the Illusion games can be used there are mods to import models into there studio. I have even seen some Daz models used. (mostly misc items like bottles and stuff that were ported over.)

We really have not been introduced to many male characters and given the bullying, it would seem like Hiroko only had interest from MC in school which suggests Mao's father could be her grandfather. But of course BlueCat could go anywhere with the story, crazy nurse could have been crazing nursing student and kidnapped young Hiroko, inseminated her and brainwashed her into believing she had an affair.

You have to add though, the crazy nurse experiment was using the MC's sperm anyway(unknown to Hiroko) which we will find out later, that Moa really is the MC's biological daughter (and now Mao can fully enjoy real incest, instead of make believe) Lol!!
The possibilities are unlimitless, and the twists be what ever they want........and Hiroko will finally have peace that she never cheated on the MC (well with another cock, anyway)…..…………………...peace!!

Hey guys, I am having constant problems playing the game due to memory usage (older PC) and game finding images. been coping with regular saves but have hit a brick wall. Up to Day 6 interview with Tomoe and just cannot get past her giving Little mc attention on the couch. Any suggestions??
I have been using Dark mind but not Liam's mod (not sure if this will make memory issues worse).
I am currently using the full download, wondering if I should use the compressed version of the game, and if so do I need to start again from the beginning and if so can I get a save from someone up to Day 6 somewhere to save starting from scratch.

Give the compressed version a try. Lower quality means also lower hardware stress.
Saves are cross-compatible, you won't need to start all over again.
