Am I missing something when restarting the game, that some of the images are not working while using the DM patch? For example when going through the family, showing them, and even introducing the MC it says image not found. Doing a fresh download for the game and re install (rather not have to) or wondering if it is just because of DM though I am using the day 8 and 9 version if it matters. Will the download for 8 and 9 contain week 1 as well?
I can't know about the day 8-9 unless you share it. But my guess is the DM mod was either installed incorrectly, not installed, or you used the wrong version.
What happen to the dm patch? Dl'd the game cause i got a new pc and theres a patch for 8-9 but no day 8-9?

Sounds like you downloaded the wrong DM patch if your playing week 1 you need to Download DM patch for week 1. To do that go to lewdpatcher then go back were download the DM patch for day 8 and day 9 but click the bottom where it says show previous versions.

That is what I thought, I DL'd the final version for week 1 but it has the entire game files and everything else in it. Even if I extract the patch file from that the game gives me a warning that this isnt the current version/up to date one for what I am running. Although it still doesnt show the images that I am missing.
Next time please check the FAQ on the first page or use the search. The code is the birth month of the three oldest daughters going oldest to youngest.

Thank you kindly goobdoob, I tried it earlier but it didn't fix it! Permission Fixer was easy to work with (just extract and run) so I think I did it right...

put dm archive directly in game folder where all general archives are then play it all images will appear bro

DM patch size for week 1 is over 2 gb, make sure you download the right one.

I sure hope there's some Masae in it.T6 on patreon here finish playing Day 8 and Day 9 Alpha release last night. Thank you BlueCat, Latecomer and the rest of the BlueCat team you did an amazing job with this release looking forward to the final release. Only wish I could load my save from week 1, but I can wait until the Beta or the final release.

Thank you again. Sadly, this seems to be above my paygrade. I can't get the .app to work and the .exe tells me I'm out of space, doesn't allow me to save, and doesn't show any pictures. I'm probably doing a lot of things wrong :-( but I appreciate all the kind help to point me in the right direction.

You might need to redownload the week 1 again, cause if you install the DM patch for week 1 without separating only three items in that Patch to install and install everything in that patch and overwrite it you get error's.
To install the patch, copy the following from the patch to the same place in the main game:
- archive_dm.rpa
- patch.rpy
- game/menu/options.rpy
Try downloading the renpy SDK, placing the folder in the SDK folder and running the game with the SDK. It's always worked for me.
