There's nothing wrong with size growth of the game? Why would they even remotely consider doing something crazy arduous as changing the visuals or game engine over something so insignificant as storage size.

I had this problem. Make sure you unzip correctly, don't lose patience. The game has to be completely done before DM, and DM completely done before LainMod. From her you need to start a new game without your old saves. Fixed it for me at least

T6 on patreon here finish playing Day 8 and Day 9 Alpha release last night. Thank you BlueCat, Latecomer and the rest of the BlueCat team you did an amazing job with this release looking forward to the final release. Only wish I could load my save from week 1, but I can wait until the Beta or the final release.

I was very excited about the humor and fresh approach when I first played this game a few months ago. Now that I'm ready to try it again, I can't run the game. I'm on a Mac. The .app doesn't start at all. The .exe starts (using wine) but when I try to reach the menu using Escape I get a long error message. I can read that there is "no space left on device" but the hard drive still has many GBs available and other Renpy games work fine. Any thoughts among the experts here?

Am I missing something when restarting the game, that some of the images are not working while using the DM patch? For example when going through the family, showing them, and even introducing the MC it says image not found. Doing a fresh download for the game and re install (rather not have to) or wondering if it is just because of DM though I am using the day 8 and 9 version if it matters. Will the download for 8 and 9 contain week 1 as well?
