Yeah I haven't started playing it yet as the developer stated he would compile the large chapters into a week 1. So I been impatiently waiting for that.. just too many chapters and the size of them.

Hm thats actually surprisingly little yellow considering how butchered the script for the first day was(as well as the changed purpose of the youngest daughter,who probably would be better off completely removed at this point).

Try using the search next time, or just reading back a couple of pages.
Failing that, the next release (Week One) is due out in June sometime, so Day Eight is probably coming out a month or two after that.

I'm not "jumping on" anyone, every other post on here seems to be "when is the next update" when if people just read a post or two before their question, all would be answered.
I think it would be a good idea if the op would update in this thread the ETA. Some people are just coming in and 217 pages is just too much to be expected for them to search through.

I tried to start Day 7 and loaded the only save I have from the previous chapter that would load without throwing off RenPy errors ... but ... it throws up this graphic over the game window ("Oh, Okay Bb," see picture). Any idea why Chapter 2 saves won't work, or why this graphic is coming up (and more importantly, how to get rid of it)? Any help would be appreciated.

It's too much to scroll up to the top of the page, type "Day 8" in the search box, and click "Search"? Also, the link to Patreon is in the OP and that has all of the game updates.
Some people refuse to do anything for themselves. I'm of the opinion that coddling people like that just prolongs their helplessness.

Actually the youngest daughter is not totally superfluous. If you note, waifu states that she hopes she can have a close relationship with Yuki because she does not have one with the other daughters. Also, Yuki is younger and requires more care, so this gives the waifu a place to put her attention (which leaves more time for Ecchi Sensei to play the field). If Yuki is out of the equation, then waifu has more time on her hands and Sensei playing the field becomes much more difficult. Amiright?

I mean if she actually gets incoperated in the story,alright(though considering her really sparse scene count after day 1,even during family events,I have my doubts).
To be absolutely frank,I dont think the writer is up to the task.
The writing is already all over the place(especially for the youngest)and adding two more characters who´s initial plans very obviously flew out of the window isnt exactly going to help.
I simply doubt the benefit of keeping the character(outside of maybe a Dark Minds+ mod turning up on an unaffiliated site,"modding" her intended path back in)when the narrative already has problems handling the huge amount of characters as is.
Thats not even considering that she will get in the way of the home sexytime orgies if/when they start and forever be a reminder of an abandoned concept because...the author liked F95 from what I gathered?
The week 1 remake would have been the perfect place to drop the burden.
We will see how it goes I guess.
He's(Chuck2000) responding to someone asking when day 8 comes out... that's 2 updates away. Pretty much the stupidest question in the entire 217 page thread. And his point stands.
It's not stupid to ask when the next 'chapter' of something I enjoy comes out. Further, I figured it takes about as much effort to answer as it took me to ask, which was about 10 seconds for me. Far as I could tell, it wasn't a large inconvenience to ask a simple question with an equally simple answer. I am so sorry that some people have such terrible typing speeds that it somehow takes them significant amounts of their time to give a freaking one sentence answer. Or, if not typing speed, it's just pointless bitching in that case... Because then I apparently cost you nothing at all and yet still complained.
Maybe not YOU, but the person you're talking about who needlessly got on my ass because I took up his precious time.

I'm also pretty excited for the next installment of this story. You can't help but like a lot of the characters in this story. MC's family especially. Himiko (genius daughter? I'm bad with names) is my favorite. Extremely loyal, protective, intelligent and cunning. Looks very innocent and sweet, yet, I wouldn't mess with her.
It's funny that it seems so much has happened in the story so far and we're only on day 7.

I have to respectfully disagree with you on this one. Every story of every kind has characters that are not "main" characters that still contribute to the story, even in small ways. The number of characters that BlueCat has been able to develop, some of them a little, and some of them quite a bit, in just a 7 day play span is nothing short of phenomenal.
As a fellow game developer I also appreciate the nuanced things that take a lot of development time but which add humour to the story, like changing the "names" of the characters as their characters emerge, like the scene in the mall where Strange Girl > Strange Girl with Eyepatch > Triggered Aggressive Eyepatch Girl > Nao. While it seems simple, it involves touching four different pieces of code and it is done in this scene and other scenes where it injects considerable humor into the story.
And as far as the story being "all over the place" I have to disagree again with you on this one. While the MC may be all over the place in that he's pursuing multiple women, once each storyline is established each one of them progress in a consistent manner -- sometimes an unpredictable manner -- but still consistent.
Actually some of the writing is just short of brilliant. I just rewatched the scene where the MC almost rapes Saki and the dialogue that the writer created for Saki is pure genius. The MC's reaction is totally understandable, where he's freaked out and wants to get out of there, but what Saki says reveals her internal strength as a woman and daughter, as well as her deep love for her father, and her willingness to fight to keep the close relationship they have developed.

Even though this is clearly a Porn VN, I also really like how Matsu is being written, like where after he gets the full story on why the girls are suspended that he picks up on the fact that they may have been traumatized and this seemingly wealthy school couldn't see their way clear to make sure they actually got trauma counseling. This is just one example of how the writing of this story goes considerably past a simple Porn VN. Bravo @BlueCat_Ecchi Sensei.
I was able to get around the error problems on Day 5 in a weird way, I went ignore until I got stuck in a loop, then I loaded that save as if it was the previous chapter and it worked. hope this helps someone else
@DVXVD I did that, but game crashes after the Nurse Part in the middle of Day 5. It hits an infinite loop of errors that I can't even skip with ignore, anyone has any ideas on what to do? Been stuck for weeks, re-downloaded everything and played since the first multiple times to see if it was a bug on my end, but nothing.
I want to say Day 5 is where the new phone content was implemented and yes it does cause the game to have several errors. I understand the frustration, I went through it, too. It has been awhile, but I think what I had to do was use an old save that started at Day 5, and I just had to play through it again, but it did have all my other decisions from the previous days carry through. Also, the phone feature worked as it should when I played through again. But, I did have the good timing of finishing Day 6 content before Day 7 came out and the new phone stuff was added in, which appears to be causing all the problems. Someone probably has answered this in the thread somewhere, because I have no clear solution to this except to wait until the Week 1 release comes out.
