I don't know if it is a bug on game or just on me but after becoming thane in solitude, (didn't try before becoming thane) when talking to sybille the bloodsucking quest doesn't appear active. However when going to the cave and killing all the enemies, the mc comments everything is cleared and lets go report to sybille. After talking to sybille the quest is cleared and appears in the completed quest section.

That's an odd one, since that quest has no dependencies or relation to the thanehood in Solitude.
Did you still get the dialogue option to ask for quests, or did none of that show up?
I'll look into it.
There was a dialogue that you ask again where vampire cave was but there was no starting dialogue like ''hey here is a quest i would like you to do. Do you wanna accept''. Game saw it as if Sybille had already told me the location or the quest was already active. I'm not sure if i asked before being thane or not. Hopefully this cleared at least a little bit.

I went over it, and the only thing I could think of was that you maybe entered Pinemoon cave (where you have to go for the quest) before you talked to Sybille.
But other than that, I couldn't find where this might have gone wrong. No variables for this quest are used anywhere else.
I'll double/triple check it later, but for now I hope it is a one-time bug.
That might have been it, i did explore the map a lot so i might have been in the cave before starting the quest.

Sent me to Jarl.
Jarl tells me to go to a barrow.
I have no idea where barrow is.
Hey! a map! Barrow is not on map.
Wander into 3 places I am not supposed to be.
Died very rapidly in 2 of them. Died slowly in the 3rd.
Just... no
Label your maps or towns or all of them or something. Is the barrow North, South? Maybe the Jarl could mention it.
Anyway, just doesnt seem worth the effort to figure out the what/where/why of any of this.
I wish dev the best but I just cant do *this*

Well, it is a matter of one's philosophy. There are people out there who believe that once an empire goes down the spiral of decline - it is irreversible and thus the empire should be pushed of the cliff to be replaced by a new state, led by strong and proactive elite. And this may be true about the Stormcloaks. They have good chances to create a powerful state in case of victory over local legions and blocking of mountain passes with Cyrodil. Skyrim already was a seat of empire once, and since the Redguards were able to beat Aldmeri alone, surely the union between an independent stormcloak Skyrim and Hammerfell will be more than a match for Aldmeri.
Not me, though. IMO, a cosmopolitan multicultural empire should be preserved whatever the cost, because its downfall will inevitably result in wars between all of its former national parts. Too bad it has already partially happened.

The barrow that you need to go to (Bleak Falls Barrow) is on the map (just zoom in on the Whiterun or Falkreath section). You can also check the Quest log where it points out that; 'It is located West of Riverwood.' (the town you visit at the beginning)
You can also check the Walkthrough/hand-hold that comes with the .zip-file, where each quest is given a full breakdown.
But i will say that the earlier quests are indeed a bit finnicky and not properly made.
This entire game is to get experience making a game in RPGM, and the later quests are much better designed (hopefully

I've finished the quest "A Lustful Dreamer", but can't find the reward "Wabbajack" in my inventory. Also, where do I pick up the skill "Mark of Death"?

currently doing the "Waking Nightmares" side quest, but when I talk to any NPC in the Inn the dialogues are blank and I can't proceed..
