Nah I played this a while ago. It's about as grindy as any normal rpg with mob enemy battles.

It's just that both this game and its prequel (https://f95zone.to/threads/translation-request-peripetia-of-dreams-and-lust.126191/) have the gimmick of your character's level being able to quickly and effortlessly reach ridiculously high numbers, on top of the gender bender aspect.
