It's almost always in the hiddenquest.txt file in the elena's life\www directory. Haven't caught up on the new versions so don't know if that's changed.
This "Game" gets kinda boring...
I mean... go there - fuck - then go there - blow - then go there - fuck.
To each his own, but this one here, I don´t know. It´s more than reading a comic or looking at a porn vid, but it is not really a game.

Most of porn games are that.The importance is story that lead to sex,must be naughty and reasonable
Could be the reason I don´t play most of them, yes.

I start in version 0.17 and i need help - should I start from beginning new game,
is there any walkthrue like DMD or simmilar,
is there some spot - place in house where I can see past scene playing (like in Road Trip? or in MILF Villa)

I have played this game a month or two before and it is a really well created game tbh.... I would give it 6/10 for the story . It was made on rpgm and not other advanced engines and renders need some light/shades and polish which may give it a 10. In the mean time try it you will love it!

I think you should start from the beginning. Its worth understanding the story other than just flipping through scenes.
If there was any existing walk-through or/and MODS, definitely @tek would include it in the description. But its not hard to play.
No place in the house to do so (as far as I know)

Would you put a movie on, & start watching 45mins in?
Like the guy said, play it from the beginning for yourself, you don't need his save. Or a walktrhough. Just play the game & follow the in-game instructions.

Don't understand if you have started or not.
If you have played it to the end of 0.17 there is no need to start a new game.
Start if you want to refresh your memory or change some options, other than that enjoy.
You don't need a walkthrough for the main story you get led pretty well with that, but there are hidden scenes to find. Look in the www folder for the Hidden Quest!.txt
Can't think off the top of my head if there is a scene spot.
Don't know of any mods.

Unfortunately I dont have the game anymore or its saves... I deleted it once I finished it the first time and im going ahead and downloading the new version to try it today.

Since I changed computer I have bugs with this game. The previous version just after the party on the elevator until I say no to see what was after.
This version just after the scene at Tom entering the building elena black screen and automatic closure of the game.
