play enough to buy some things but DONT BUY STUFF
note the cash. enter the cash. click search.
buy something.
note the cash. enter the cash. click search.
repeat until one or two values remain. double click that. enter new cash value.
if you dont have enough cash to buy anything, just play a quick round, earn a few coins, and repeat note-enter-search.

Just tried the new mode, and even though you gain points, they don't give you coins. The new mode is just for looks I guess.
