You are probably softlocked if you done everything righ way. Read this post and next one, do all quest from all character, don't forget to open all upgrades and you will be fine.

Well, you have to create hammer, use hammer on elf building have free animal(free not placed somewhere) and create breeding elf hut and place it again somewhere, finish quest.

Cheack if you ghave unfinished quests and talk to all NPC if they have something new to say, check if you have something you need for quests which you can unlock in upgrade screen
First you need to be sure that you don't have softlock with rescue elf slave girls (Yumi Gossip talk - appearance of tent in forest to the right where blacksmith lives).
If you have Gossip conversation and have tent in forest you can play normally.
Just check all characters and do some quests, open up upgrade screen and upgrade everything that needed for quests, build everything that accesible for you.
Take all quest and do them.
Do not forget about food, recipes in upgrade screen
Well, try Cheat engine. Very easy to cheat money and upgrade points.

Well, as almost everyone say it is Don't Starve but chinese version. Yeah i agree all npc hungry all the time, i think for normal play it should be 1/4 of current hunger accumulation, and 1/8 will be a breeze.

You need to place your elves. Also you are holding way too many tools in your personal inventory. Move most items to the chest as all recipes work from the chest. To unlock grass you need to get the first elf then place her. That should provide the livestock quest from Arisa in the town. That should unlock the grass.
