Is it just your second match with Violet? I found it hard to beat her in the third match while I am having Ella as my first card.
There was an update and then a bug fix in the Silver edition that released yesterday. The update led to a bug in the Chelsea/Kat date because a Kat harem war card was introduced with the same ID as Kat herself. The bug was fixed with a revision to script.rpy, but I still got the bug while using a save modified with Scrappy's mod (wether I was playing with or without scrappy's mod installed for that portion).
Wondering if anyone can either confirm. Scrappy's mod otherwise works great throughout the episode.

Probably a controversial take but Harem Wars really needs another way to flip cards, similar to Triple Triad's same/plus rules. Otherwise, the hardest part of the game will be the start when you don't have good cards and then you'll blow everyone out of the water after you get 5 good ones.

Latest game patch needed to replace script.rpy and the scrappy mod contains a modified version of that, so there is an incompatibility. I only noticed an issue at the double date at the end of episode 3. Whenever the character Kat is brought up, it generates an error, which can be skipped, but about half the dialogues include the reference, so it's just... it's rough.

So it seems to me that with the fix out and problems with the mod the best way to proceed is to let the VN be for now until the next update when Scrappy hopefully incorporates a fix for the incompatibility.

If yes, than have enough love/lust with the cheerleaders, flirting with them etc, say 'yes' when Chelsea wants you to go to the bathroom.
As for Ella, you need to have the bj competition with Lydia/Chelsea/Ella in ep 1, in ep2 Lydia will text you and invite you over, do that. While banging Lydia tell Ella to stay and watch, after banging Lydia go talk to Ella, choose 2 times the option to make her jealous, than she agrees to a date.

The potent check is gone in the most recent version.For what it's worth, there's a variable check for the potent cum perk when you cum inside her during the threesome, so even with all that "morning after pill" talk during Chelsea's "mom2" musings there's probably a REALLY good chance she's knocked up if you happen to have it. So...I guess she might be yours after that after all.

Oh? In the "fix" version? Damn, I didn't bother downloading that after the regular Ep3. I wonder why that got taken out. I mean, you basically have to cheat to get the perk at this early stage, so it was likely being put into place as a "New Game + " thing or something if that was planned.
