Have you clicked on the DNA and Heart icons? I think when I played it again a few days ago, I might have had to do the DNA icon twice before it brought up the button to continue.

You need to spend skill points so your total is under 30. You don't have to spend all of them, but there's a lock there that prevents progress until "skillpoints<30".
I'm unsure if you're talking about cards being played in the game, or cards received after winning. If you're talking about the latter, then you shouldn't receive the same card. Because it's bugged, you shouldn't actually receive any card.

I found it. In the first episode right at the beginning, where the MC can decide whether to kiss Chelsea, Ella, Lydia, this has a decisive effect on which card we get at the beginning of the first minigame.
Chelsea = Chelsea card
Lydia = Lydia card
Ella = Ella card
Kissing no one = Paris card (best in my opinion)

It was a really nice update, gotta admit I was a bit worried when the twins got angry about the MC bringing Paris back to the flat after their scenes(we lie to them before thanks to the perks and they can actually be intimidating for such small girls) but giving you can trick them with a lie for now is good enough, I hope in the long term they will be up for sharing with the others as their route is hot but pretty limiting with the rest of the hot girls harem bonanza, the threesome with Chelsea and Kat was great and makes me wonder if here as the developers said we can start getting side girls pregnant as Kat is the very definition of one, we were promised lots of pregnancies starting with the side girls and damn if that won't be hot Kat depending in our choices must very well be the first one(Chelsea talking about how she was the one to make Kat pregnant was incredibly hot,Chelsea still best girl, the alternative cum selfie scene not bad either).
The Saki detective scenes bored Me-reminded me of the detective scenes with Amber in college kings, which is not good-but guess it is somewhat necessary lore,the corruption trait can be actived for the first time so more submissive girls is always appreciated,Naomi is the smart one of the bunch like her enough though kissing her for the first time was sweet(with the True love's kiss perk),the events at FemSoc were alright?Nothing special really would have loved a misogyny choice as yeah you can decrease your feminism but little else not something extreme but you know a little wink if we want to define our protagonist further, will repeat here again that I hope Paris' route isn't only a monogamous one or locks other routes same with the twins in a game like this so open limiting players like that sucks but still that might not be the intention. Paris is nice and cum drunk scene or comments about the MC's cock were really cute, the lesbian girl eh pretty forgettable scene and really surprised if you give her tips for fingering that appears as one of the big "choices" of the chapter. Last but not least Selina truly looked better in episode 3, making her cum drunk was really hot once again.
Missed Lydia for this chap and the scene with Miss Riley was a little meh but we are still getting to know her and the developer warned milf routes will be challenging. Overall great update but does raise some questions about how routes will work and which will limit the others.

I can't imagine Lydia will be monogamous anytime soon. Maybe by the time this hits season 2 and you've put in a lot of work. The cheerleaders are the "easy" girls in this so far and everything sexual with them on the first night is basically a competition. Yeah, this game probably isn't the best for monogamous players only. Their are 18 girls and only 11 endings as of now, so not many solo paths it looks like.
