I mean...there is the prostitution and also if you throw a bottle of booze at almost any npc and then talk to them you can get naughty but...thats more for stat gains than it being lewd at all.

Game has a ton of nude sprites and mods that change most monsters/characters into lewder versions for what it's worth. I dunno which ones are kept up to date though. The great thing is the sprites are so tiny it's not difficult even for somebody with little experience to mod some nips on the characters. I remember there was a really good monster girl mod that transformed most the monsters into nudeish monster girls.
People also missing that you can have sex with your pets, though it's off screen. If they're virgins you'll wake up to their blood on the bed. There's even a little sex minigame if I remember right. You can also molest characters by rubbing them.
The casual humor in game just with the way things are described is really one of the best selling points.

Head to the town of Derphy and they are EVERYWHERE, male prostitutes, female prostitutes....just those two.
Fair warning though, they do not use protection sooooooo if you get a little sick it's just part of the experience.
From what I remember, no. But if you get someone drunk and have your way with them, sometimes they'll pay you, thinking that you are one.
Last I played (admittedly a long goddamn time ago) you got money any time you got a npc drunk and propositioned them, so long as they weren't broke, based on your charm stat or whatever it's called. Even rolled a character with as much charm as I could and had that as their primary means of early game money, they were raking it in. Nobles are the best since they actually have cash, so you can do a performance quest and then just go around fucking the drunk nobles instead of playing instruments. A lot less dangerous too, they can throw a mean rock if they don't care for your playing.

Not a weapon subclass, but rather one of the throwing weapons available. Good for the confusion they can cause, as I recall? I wouldn't really say that it's a valid reason to call it a sexual game, though.
This is correct. Prostituting yourself like this does drain your sanity as well. It doesn't really do anything other than show hearts above characters heads though, so even though it is a sexual act I just don't see it as being sexual enough to qualify to be here, TBQH.
Man, I hope Elin's Inn is decently awesome. I was following development of it for the first couple years but dropped it, started paying attention to it again when it got on steam. Hopefully it's as easy to mod and add graphics to it. I don't even know what it's trying to do/be anymore, the dev kept changing stuff last I was following it. Like if it's similar to Elona or something else?
We have games that straight up have zero sexual content here. This site is for adult games, not strictly porn. It has nude mods you can install in like a second, and sex available in game, even if it isn't graphic. It's not much different from text games, it's just more vague and leaves it more to imagination for roleplaying purposes. Seems fine to me, the more people who play it, the more likely we are to get more adult content for it.

Yeah I think so. Plus adds a lot of stupid shit you can toggle off with Custom I believe. The Plus dev is kind of like "You absolutely must play this way", and tends to add a lot of stupid shit to the game. Custom is like "Here's a bunch of toggles so you can play how you want to play", often allowing players to toggle off a lot of the changes that Plus makes that annoys people, lol. I think Custom also just straight up fixes some bugs from Plus too.
I don't know many people who play Plus on its own last I checked. It's probably best to consider Custom mandatory if you don't want to deal with a lot of extra bullshit that might ruin your experience. I don't remember there being a single benefit of playing Plus on its own, Custom is pretty much a clear improvement last I played, and it sounds like not much has changed going through some recent threads.
