Putting this in my watchlist. Mom son incest is always a plus for me. Game has great potential.

Hopefully the NTR in this game is Netorase, where MC willingly shares Sunny to other guys, instead of full on getting stolen from him.
But the misfortune is dev will not give us any incest content with that beautiful lady.

Wait... what? From the screenshots it looks like there are scenes with the landlady. Are there no scenes with her yet?
There is no landlady. There is only the mother. Scenes with her or not will depend solely on whether the patch is applied, but she is always the mother regardless.

Why was the voyeurism tag removed? It's 100% of the sexual content in the game right now isn't it?

EDIT: it's back

Not sure, I know there was some people saying the actual content was not considered voyeurism, even were some arguing about were NTR or not, so I guess dev or some mod decided to remove tags just in case... but all is my assumption.

Meh- why does every game with a good writer seem to want NTR pathings. Such a waste of precious art and narrative assets.

If it does have to exist in the game I hope it is a route for a minor character and not the MCs primary LI. Would really suck if it was a large part of the narrative for Sunny. That shit can bleed into other narratives and really ruin a game or character. (I.e. Alexia in Seeds of Chaos) [Its like 25% of the total game and like 70% of her content and she is the MCs wife]

Its fine if its not a primary character or plot arc. (I.e. Liz in Superhuman, Alexis in Love Sex and Second Base)

Pretty sure the author stated that NTR would be minor and always avoidable.

Think of it like this, in this universe elves are deeply hated, oppressed, and the women are viewed as whores. You don't think in such a situation there wouldn't be humans who would....do unsavory things to an elf woman? In any case it would be avoidable if it was added and you yourself would have to make the decisions that would lead to such an outcome.

I don't think bad endings like that add narrative weight to world-buidling- just because it *can* happen in a setting or it is reasonable for something to happen in a setting doesn't mean it *has to* happen as an option.

That sort of content is absolutely disgusting and I'd rather it not be associated with a MC. If an author feels the need for NTR or rape for shock value in a narrative- I hope they put it in a minor character. I'm tired of all these "save the maiden from rape" narratives- shit is uninspired. Also, a waste of art assets.

Umm, as has been pointed out by the dev many many times in this thread, and by others replying directly to you in this conversation, NTR will never be a *has to* happen thing in this game. If you can't accept an answer (despite it seeming to be exactly the answer you want) maybe you should just move on...

To be candid, I feel like you didn't comprehend my former comment (or perhaps I needed to articulate better). I used the phrase "as an option" for a reason.

Why include a narrative route when it is just garbage content? It doesn't make any sense. Save the maiden who is going to be raped is washed-up, boring, uninspired narrative.

Make your game dark in other ways- shit is boring and disgusting. Why waste CGs and narrative that type of stuff.
I mean *unless* it so going to be the majority of your content menu its just going to annoy people.

I don't think I'll move on. I'm plenty welcome to hold my own view on what content makes for a good story and what content I like.

BTW: Callisto was a nice game. Good tag. Characterization was a little shallow- but it hit a lot of my kinks and the CGs were really hot.
If you are tired of the "save the maiden who is going to be raped" trope, good for you: I am not. You will be in the greatest difficulty to demonstrate that this trope is boring. One is responsible for one's own boredom, they say. To have a good ending, a bad one must exist. To win the love interest, one must be able to lose it, otherwise the acts have no reality.

On the other hand, I don't know why you are talking about this. That's not the point, NTR has nothing to do with a rescue and a priori nothing to do with a rape. In NTR you lose, that's all. Basically NTR and harem scenarios where countless females are inexplicably attracted to the MC have some similarities: in the first one you can only lose, in the second one you can only win and that's what makes their weak.

If the girl gets raped, it's not NTR as long as she doesn't betray you, NTR is the subversion of a female character. But again it's completely off-topic: Sunny won't be raped, and won't be conquered by another, the author was clear about that.

At this point, I'm not sure if I'll add NTR into Elvensang with the amount of time it's already taking me to make new episodes – but we'll see.

That being said, your input would have more merit if 99% of it wasn't self-centered complaining, same as others in this thread who say absolutely nothing about the game except whine about NTR. I don't know what you liked or disliked about the game, or if you thought something could be improved, or whatever – all I know is how much you hate NTR.

And I really don't care, dude. Don't take this the wrong way, I am open to taking other people's view into consideration, but the opinion of someone who has expressed no interest in my project aside from using its thread to vent their general resentment towards a fetish is neither helpful or interesting to read.

Heh- well that is good at least. As I said before- if the game has that sort of content I'd prefer it to be on minor characters.

I enjoy your thoughtful response. NTR often involves rape and coercion- but you are correct it doe not involve it A Priori. I brought up that specific trope because it was the example John Doe Jr used when talking about the world building in the game.

I don't know if blaming boredom on the reader is necessarily a strong argument. I think we would both agree there are boring narratives and there are interesting ones. I guess we just disagree on which is which in this case. There are many ways to have narrative losses- not all of them are narratively compelling.

I think the saved the maiden trope is overused in porn. I guess I'd prefer to see more content diversity- but of course you're free to enjoy it ^_^.

Fair; though I will say I am invested in the outcomes of the project- otherwise I wouldn't be here and wouldn't make any commentary.

I apologize if I came off as (or was) self centered. I have no problem with the content in your current game and I'm sorry if I came off like that- I think your current game is lovely.

Earlier I was voicing my hopes for how future content would break down and talking about plot in general rather than plot in Elvansang specifically. I am only observing a game I think is great currently and hoping it doesn't go down a path I dislike.

I would be very happy to critic or compliment other specific aspects of your fine writing.

I don't find those types narratives as compelling as say- the entity of the rest of the content you've already provided us. Got a little fired up thinking the game could devolve into it- when it is coming from such a great place currently.

I think you're a great writer and you've got a good thing going on. Any venom I held for the topic flows from my strong endorsement of your narrative.

Sorry to have added even a mote of stress into your life- thank you for your project. Sorry if I came off as insulting your writing skill or your narrative finesse.

You don't have to apologize, I don't think anything you said was insulting - your other post was probably deleted because it was off-topic, as discussions about NTR tend to get. I don't mind discussing NTR myself, but it's a discussion that's rarely fruitful, which is why I put in the OP that I won't be addressing questions/concerns about it. Despite its impact on the narrative, NTR is still a fetish - and with how diverse people's fetish preferences can be, it's pretty pointless to share how you find NTR disgusting 5 posts after someone asked if they can fuck their own mother in the game.

Everyone likes something different, and if it should happen that NTR bleeds into and taints even the non-NTR narrative, then that would be because of my failure as a writer.

Regardless, there's no harm done and I'm glad you enjoyed the game.

Good story. Loved it.
A couple of more "renders" when they talk would be perfect.

Thank you and good luck.

There seems to be 3 types of tribalism at play in MCs decision making; Elf vs Human vs Family/Those close to you

Obviously, Human tribalism is not compelling to our MC at all. He is not human, he has been mistreated by humans for not being human and he has no close relation to humans in the narrative yet. The game laid foundation for the MC to potentially have a positive relation with the Blacksmith / Blacksmith's daughter and the Becky character- but neither have been fleshed out yet. Even if the MC forms some strong bonds with specific humans it is very unlikely that our MC will ever become Human tribalistic; it would take a series of incredibly heinous crimes by Elves towards the MC and his loved ones consistently for that to be the case. Far more likely that specific positive relationships the MC has will turn them further towards Familial tribalism.

Which of the two other forms of Tribalism did you all find most compelling as motivators for our MC?

I found "family/those close to you" motivation for the MC most compelling. Our MC was raised with an incredible amount of love; even if they have a bit of a rebellious streak it feels like they will put their family unit first. The Mc's mother specifically tried to impart Familial tribalism to her son in several important teachable moments in the game.

Sure the two most important people in the MC life are both elves; but the narrative concerning how Elves are really changes for our MC when he meets Amaya. Amaya is a rather bad person on the inside - a broken beyond all belief Lawful Evil genocide Elf. In a vacuum I can see why a naive youth who was very hateful as a result of being racially discriminated against could gravitate to the woman like a moth to a flame- but for me at least the closeness the MC has with their mother and the way the MC was raised by his mother sublimate that tribalism to Familial tribalism. It is still very compelling- but since Mom deliberately taught differently than that- it will take a lot of counter-teaching by Amaya to subdue that even if your MC had quite an amicable experience/attitude with her.

I tried all the routes- but my canon play-through really solidified my attitude about Amaya. She comes around the house after almost ruining some elf kid's life and almost chokes him to death to make her point and rub it in his face what a traitor she thinks he is. She is like a 1000 year old toddler. Any wisdom she got with age is completely suppressed by how incredibly jaded and spiteful she is.
