The restaurant date with the aunt has at least one path that ends up in a dead end passage, and there was no way to back history out of it. I think it was between the main dish and dessert. I went to the task list to ok back out to see whether that would fix anything, but it ended up just backing out to the beginning of the restaurant date.

I have a feeling that the restaurant dead end is due to the time period where mc can ask questions. I had already gone through the theater and gallery dates so had whittled this down a bit already. Then when save scumming this restaurant date to see if it was dialog choices that were bugged, I noticed that the list of questions that could be ask was persistent as it dwindled to nothing. There's no way to bail this section and it appears to not check to see if the list is empty. So that's probably the dead end passage that happens.
Doing this update, the author did a massive refactor where they moved dialog into structures apart from the passages that they appear. This is probably to allow things to be easier to add internationalisation, but it makes things harder to diagnose this sort of stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if this bug wasn't introduced during the refactor.

How is the sub path in this game? Do I have to keep acting like a horny brat and do things in overly convulted order to advance the plot ? Is it mostly voluntary, involuntary or "involuntary" submission?

I'm doing a run through this time around to see whether the entire sissification thing is triggered by being caught by the elder sister while doing the peeping tom style events. While getting ripped and even domming the aunt a little bit on the dates with her, I've had the mc learning spells to get the point where he can cast feminize on himself.
Masturbation can train mc on sissification (sissy porn), oral (blowjobbing) and anal (aka corruption). This can get levels up to where mc can buy plugs and a dildo on their own in the mall. Look in the stats to see when mc reaches 10 points to enable stuff. Most of this appears to be unwritten for now though. I haven't cast feminization yet on the mc, but I'm going to guess level 10 and 20 will allow him to start buying and crossdressing.
The real test will be whether this triggers any of the path events with both sisters without having to resort to being blackmailed to get the ball rolling.

You can use the command

But I agree that IMO hiding the back/forward buttons as a Patreon exclusive is over the top.It's involuntary that you may choose to have progressively become more voluntary. (Actually, It didn't even show up on Conversation list when 'chatting' with Anne; I Had 2 Motherhood gems in My pocket.)
Has This Issues happened with any other Anne character??
(I have played 2 other Anne's and had No problems.)
Also, I have Noticed using the Revelation spell, If the Female Character Is Transgender
The Spell does Not List Breast size,...(I guess they only care about the size of her cock.) Shocking!!
Going Thru the Change log; v0.1.5.2 lists that Cory Chase has been added to the list of Anne Characters.
I am playing Newest version (v0.1.5.3) and Cory Is Not listed.
Is This Just a Patreon perk?? If So, it needs to be listed as such.

I HAVE Finished "training" all spells from the Book, and taught/shared them with Shala.

Shala's favor drops so slowly you really shouldn't have any problem accessing all the content available before it runs out.
Don't be in a rush to teach her all the spells because once she caps out at 100, any favor gain is basically wasted. Teach her a couple spells when her favor gets too low for you to be comfortable with and you'll find it takes ages for time to run out.

yeah im pretty sure if you dont complete that quest, you dont get the dungeon fights content, you might need some kind soul with more patience than me to find the console code to set that quest flag true

No. I Already have the Dungeon/fighting... You get THAT after you finish "First Words".
(Shala opens the new door for the dungeon).
I Did notice a 2nd vial bottle though.

For the defensive exercises, I'm not sure you can practice them at the home gym if you don't have chosen the martial arts skills. You'll have probably more chance to do that at the gym in town.
