Take whatever time you need, it is worth it. This is a top-notch story, and the last thing I would want is for it to suffer from being rushed. And when this one eventually does end, I would love to see you go on to another project in a similar vein.
Need some help with two things, first I'm stuck on horace because it's saying to trade with her outside shop in evening but she isn't there, next thing is on the thread part it says to work in shop in evening but make sure I have alot of something to trade but that's not triggered either and I only have max 2 potions and anymore expire before I could probably make enough
might need progress someone elses story to get her to show up and you should be able to get more storage in town if your able to go there
I've got a problem with the 'get ready for the esbat' quests.
Well, one problem really, and that is that Artesia is still flagged as having an event, the 'have 10 or more silver'.
I loaded an older save and worked right to the point where the 'have 10 silver & talk to lady Isolde when you arrive' is active, and right after the event the character hint is 'Visit Velvet Desires & choose Artesia. You'll need 10 or more silver.'
I've tried visiting her since but the hint doesn't go away, & this is blocking me from completing the 'esbat ready' list.
Am I missing something simple here, or did I do something wrong earlier in the playthrough?

i froget if you just need a certain ammout of time with her as well or not for that to work
I've tried to give all 3 the same amount of visits, just so I don't get stuck in that sort of situation.
The other 2 are ready for the esbat, so I'm thinking it's something specific to Artesia.
I wonder if a flag might not be set properly. I may need to restart the game.
I wouldn't mind that, but I'd like to be sure that's what the problem is before I go down that route.
ya i would wait then if there all at the same exp then the only thing i can think of is another route somehow stoping this one
Your comment about another route got me thinking & I went back to my original save.
After a number of visits another chance came to talk to lady Isolde with another quest, but I needed to have proceeded along the House Barreau questline first, it seems. I now have 'no more content in this version' for her.
So everything is fine, I just needed to be more patient.

You can definitely put me into the "learned my lesson" category. Developing another would be asinine.
There is going to still be a limited sandbox in 0.9 and beyond, but it's going to be less about how the game moves forward. I'm still in the imaging and structuring stages so nothing is set in stone.
I am trying to align a few disparate elements. Some players have told me they enjoy the harvesting/selling/etc. part of the game, so I'd like to keep that but make it optional somehow. The story-telling aspect of it requires in-game time to jump forward at points, as many things would realistically require days or weeks to happen. Pregnancies would need months. This is one of the reasons I bit down on the sandbox apple so hard. I wanted things to make sense in a game-time frame of mind.
Then there's all the work I've already put in for the NSFW sandbox content...
At this point, though, the ending has pretty well been set. There really are only some minor different endings because having to do each separate path to an ending was madness with compounded madness interest.
The next update is being worked on in pretty much all my free time. No idea when it will be ready. Nothing is set in stone as to how things will work after 0.8. My hope is to make it seem like a natural switch and do something like an optional sandbox or a menu-driven VN/sandbox amalgamation that will likely drive me even more mad.

Some may know my situation RL, but am training my replacement at my "real" job to phase myself out to a more retired-like role. Breaks? Vacations? What are those?
As an aside, take care of your body. They break down fast and you only get the one.

Hi, I'm stuck at the Lerran wake up in bed event, I think it might be because the trigger for her meeting Katira didn't happen as she didn't appear when her hair even occurred although she was present at the shop. I've attached the save if you wanna check it out. great work on the game so far the story is really intriguing.
without looking at your file how far are you on other paths there might be a hidden you need to advance xs path before this one can take hold
I've Completed the Heist and most of the other quests except for the thorns cuz it's tied to lerran, I'm on the Esbat but it needs me to finish Lerran, Iris and the Thorns quest before proceeding. so yeah most other quests are done and also most of the other characters.
I loaded your save and went to the bedroom from the little icon along the bottom of the screen. The scene with Lerran immediately started. You should try that.
I've tried what you mentioned but didn't work on my end I also tried loading the save from the 0.8b version of the game instead of the 0.8d just in case but that also didn't work, however when i tried someone else's save who had the same issue it works but they're just really far behind in terms of story and all the other characters.
