I'm curious why this doesn't have an abandoned tag seeing as it has been almost 2 years since an update. Normally y'all are on top of these things.

Endowed is probably getting periodic lip-service updates on patreon or a home website. I think I read somewhere that the developer has claimed they want to finish Hypnosis first, then they will devote all of their attention to Endowed. How true that claim is, only the developer knows.

This should be set to abandoned, mainly because the Dev would rather fuck around on twitter with their main and alt account of Ashley than actually put the work into their two games it seems.
and by the way this game is lot much better than hypnosys.....by a mile

Given the common trend with infrequently updated games like this it's either:
Some kind of one off "non-cannon fluff" holiday/dream sequence
or
cannon but it's a side character adventure that leads nowhere and is never referenced ever again

this time it was both: first he made a halloween-themed side-game, then he added such side-game into the main game, and ends with meeting with Haily and Alex(from the "Cabin by the lake"-VN) soon after an escape-room sequence.
According to the Patreon update, Endowed should see a fairly fluffy (but canon) Christmas update, then an overhaul of the existing chapters to add a reputation system and bad reputation options (the current path being mostly good rep), then chapter 6, then back to Hypnosis. The stated target is to get all three Endowed updates by sometime in March (take that with as large a pinch of salt as seems appropriate).
New Patreon post is up and talks about Endowed, though thats as far as the non-supporter preview goes.

Randomly checked the kemono to see if it had an update for Hypnosis and there's the update you mentioned:
