If someone told me that I’d be excited for an advancement in MTL porn games I would’ve laughed in their faces, yet here I am. The thing with fp male protag games is that either you play a protag that will share his woman or you are the only person who fucks her. This is also the only reason I can still play those NTR games. I only play them when I am either the one that cucks the male protag or when I influence the female protags actions as a third person. I generally feel disgust from the male cuck and I'd rather him not being there at all, but those two options mean that the cuck may have short screen time. If you always had this first person male protag which you would be immersing yourself into, you might face a loss. For example, having her pregnant, you dont want the woman of your children to be fucked by smelly 60+ (age) men. Corrupting her in fp as the male, many will become somehow attatched to her. But if you stay in third perspective, you can let the protag do whatever you want without facing a loss.
Tltr: Its just a matter of perspective, stay in third person with female protag games. Male protag games have a chance to make the male become a cuckold.
I found a total of 2 scenes and 1 standing CG with pregnancy in it. Seems like an ending-only type of thing, and even then it's really not that heavily featured.
It's been some months since I played, but as I recall, you can get pregnant throughout the game (there's an item you can get to make the conception chance 100%), but giving birth is relegated to post game content, and at that point you basically can go and get knocked up and have the local orphanage take care of your children until you have your own mini army.
Until you hit that point though you have to put the child into... I think it's a magic artificial womb? or abort if it's a demon spawn due to your responsibilities to pay the debt or whatever.
All in all it's very much side content to add to the flavour of everything else in my opinion, and not really the main focus.
How do you trigger the monster content? I've been dying in fights and just wake up at the clinic.

The quality is actually a bit lower overall compared to some of the recent games I did due to the overabundance of variables everywhere. But it's still a lot better than stuff like DeepL or Google in my opinion since it can actually keep track of the past conversation.I think this will be the first game I try that's TLed using GPT.
