In a semi perpetual state of coma. It awakes from time to time, so it isn't completely dead, but... It's been almost 8 years since it begun the development, and you can beat what's in the game in about an hour, last time I checked. With not many h-scenes.
so it on life support well then when do they gonna pull the plug

Whenever the Patron supporters realize they're getting ripped off...
How are they getting "ripped off?" They wanted the dev to proceed with Naked Adventure, he is doing so, and they are delighted. Maybe you should become a patron for a month so you can go there and can tell them all how dumb they are to be happy getting what they want.

Or maybe they aren't the morons, here.

If they're satisfied with one update with maybe 2 minutes of content once a year divided between two games, then yeah, they're absolutely dumb to be happy that this is what their hard earned money is getting them with this dev.

Look, I completely understand suporting someone deserving in Patreon. Far from me to say noone deserves the suport they receive from Patreon. But let's be clear here. When we joke about EraHunter and Naked Adventure being comatose except from the times the cash fountain begins to dry, we are serious about the joke. This is a game started almost 8 years ago. With barely 2 hours of content and maybe I'm being QUITE generous here with that number, it's been a LONG time (in fact, I want to say half an hour, but THAT may be an exageration). Of those 2 hours, 1 hour and 45 minutes are from the first years. Naked Adventure has more content, but not enough to justify the 7-8 years of development it has. It may have about 3 hours of content, I played that one way less. And most of it comes from the first updates.

It is NOT an exageration when people say they add 2 minutes of content among both games per year. If anything, it may very well be an overestimate. Sometimes they just add "fixes". And again, maybe I'm being generous with those numbers, Era Hunter is VERY short right now, and the 2 hours content may be Naked Adventure.

I was VERY interested in both games... about 5 years ago. Maybe 6. I enjoyed Naked Order a lot, and Naked Adventure looked like the next game to play, and from that, I discovered Era Hunter (the game), and also enjoyed it. Right now? I'm here because I'm genuinely interested to see how this ends, not in the games per se. As in I'm curious about WHEN EraHunter (the developers) will finally either pull the plug off their games, or finally decide that they got enough cash and finish them.

If you read some relatively recent earlier posts, one persons who's been a long time supporter of them dared to give some valid criticism on patreon and they were then blocked and the response from the dev was a fucking meltdown like "it's never enough, we're working so hard". I used to replay both projects from the start whenever there was an update but now I don't even bother because, as it's been stated, there so little value added for the $2k/month over the year between updates.
We all want to see more of this game but I'm not putting in any more effort than watching this forum at this point. Plenty of other similar projects actually getting stuff done and respectable devs with thicker skin worth the attention.

I am not trying to defend any developers as such. I am just pushing back on the White Knights who feel that slandering developers will save poor patrons from evil. It's pure virtue signaling, and occurs far too often.

if you're not trying to defend this specific developer's practices, then stop talking like you are
I cannot help it if your reading comprehension is not good enough to comprehend what I am actually saying, rather than what you wish I were saying. My beef is with shitty posters, not iffy developers.

People are trying to tell you that this specific developer has been "working" on Naked Adventure and EraHunter on and off for years now, with the wait for updates usually lasting over half a year, and new content lasting for a few minutes. You react with aggressive pushback acting like what they mean when they call this a rip-off is that any patreon game is a rip-off, which is just ridiculous to assume. When people call you out for reaching so far just to dismiss the people that talk about this specific dev's practices unfavourably, you get surprised that they think you're defending the dev.

Did I miss anything?
