You can parade them in their own castle in front of their own servants and make them do stuff.
Taming a ruler and then showing her off on her own turf is def one of the hottest achievements you can pull off in the entire game.
Devs seriously need to expand this.

Can someone help me out? I need someone to test the Toyohime NTR event in Era TW. I have still been unable to set it off despite filling the flags for it and I am trying to determine if it's just messed up for me or overall. I've already tried on different downloads of the game and I just can't get it to work.
To get it you need to: Have the NTR toggle on, have her exposure be greater than 4, and then be outside. You should get an event asking if you want her to do it. That's all I need to see, if its actually procs and I'm doing something wrong or if its just not activated at all.

What do the parameters like "care" and "desire" actually functionally do? They reset every day. Some actions raise them massively and others raise them more slowly. Do they translate to "gems" or something? The in game tutorial doesn't mention them at all unfortunately.

Yeah, I get that, the discord isn't helpful cause most of the time it's kinda cliquish from my experience, you're looked down upon by asking obvious questions to them.
But to answer your question, yes all of those parameters like desire, shame, etc translate towards leveling up a specific attribute for the girl. Think of it like filling up a gem or something. Basically X amount of shame translates to one exposure level. So you'll wanna repeat those actions to level whatever attribute that you want. I am not sure what ones correlate to which attribute aside from obvious ones, like shame converting to exposure EXP but do you understand what I mean?

Okay second dumb question, how do we actually initiate dates? Is it a certain threshold? Do we need to be in yearning?

Usually yeah.
'cause you need to get enough favor for 'em to unlock the lead option.
To add on to raf's answer. Yeah you just need to be able to lead them, so you can get them to date before yearning. One way to get around the favor requirement is if the 2hu has a request to do something(Like special training, teach me cooking, or help me clean) because it temporarily enables the lead option. You won't be able to get a good enough date score for a first kiss/confession ending if you have low intimacy, but dating ignores some maluses towards favor and gem gain. So on more standoffish 2hus it can let you progress the relationship much faster.

I went for Eiki. I definitely had easier options, but I found her the most endearing. Like she's kind of a hardass starting off, but she's like that because she wants what's best for others.Best I can send you is one ice cream from Cirno's stand.

I don't think anyone has unique sex images in the game. However, Eiki does have a lot of unique dialogue, especially during childraising. As for her being a goddess, she would pretty much have to be. Her job is to judge the souls of the dead. That's like a really big deal.
